I brought my 2006 dodge durango in for a complete fluid service, my own rotors and brake pads installed and I brought my own oil. I have been a customer of Clermont/Napleton Dodge for quite sometime and I have never not had a problem resolved when I brought my truck in for service. If I was not completly satisfied they made it thei quite sometime and I have never not had a problem resolved when I brought my truck in for service. If I was not completly satisfied they made it their mission to repair ny truck to my satisfaction. I recommend the service department and especially Mr. Russo who I deal with on a regular basis. I needed a new battery for my wife's 2007 Jeep Wrangler. I drove to Napleton's express service lane without an appointment and was promptly greeted and helped by Erin Danh. She collected the necessary info from me in a timely, professional manner allowing me to depart in short order while leaving the Jeep behind for service. It wasn't long before Erin called to confirm service cost and inform me the Jeep was ready. Good timely job by all concerned. We were having problems with our truck 20 miles from home. I spoke with Mellisa over the phone and she gave me a number of a towing company that could tow the truck to the dealership. She did offer a home. I spoke with Mellisa over the phone and she gave me a number of a towing company that could tow the truck to the dealership. She did offer a fix to reset the computer so that we might be able to make it on our own and not have to pay for towing. This worked. I received a call about an hour after dropping it off and was told that the Throttle body can be cleaned instead of just replacing it. This was not guarenteed to work but I was given the option and it did just need a good cleaning. A sensor was replace and we had our truck back less than 4 hours after dropping it off. This was our first time at this dealership and I am very satisfied. More

verry helpful even tried to turn on daylight running lights but could not,just like the other 4 dealers I have been to in last 6 months.
