I was very pleased with the overall service. I left my car at the dealer during the middle of the night after being taken there by a tow service. This is a first, as the previous dealer at this location was lucky to have the repair finished by the next day. More

When I brought my car in for service Melissa Jolley was my service agent. I'm very pleased with the way she kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Clermont location of Napelton Jeep. Rick was our service advisor and he was extremely helpful and gave me a full discriptions of what was to happen with testing to figur Napelton Jeep. Rick was our service advisor and he was extremely helpful and gave me a full discriptions of what was to happen with testing to figure out what the problem with my jeep was and how quickly we could get it repaired. Once we dropped it off, he called in a very timely manner with the quote and was very helpful with answering all of my questions. Then had the repairs completed for us very quickly. I took my father's Town & Country to have a recurring problem with the AC fixed. Tom Russo has handled the service complaints each time. Unfortunately, the AC is still not fixed, but this is no reflect problem with the AC fixed. Tom Russo has handled the service complaints each time.
