Went in for a Oil Change, and Tom did a walk around on vehicle, pointing out a dent my Wife had gotten the day before. His inspection of the vehicle was very good, I found him very experienced and knowled vehicle, pointing out a dent my Wife had gotten the day before. As Service was performed, they found a Rear Tail Light out, and the cover cracked, Tom ordered the part, which came the next day, I was in and gone in 15 minutes.. WOW ! I was Totally impressed with the speed and professionalism of their work, oh, my oil change change going thru Express Service, only took an hr.. Thank You.. Tom Russo and service manager Craig turned "awful into good" after a service tech had a very bad day -- unfortunately with my car in his bay. I expect the experience to have a "happy ending" due to Tom's and Craig's concern. They demonstrated expert customer relations "recovery" skills. Thumbs up to them. Nobody likes snafus. But the fact is: They happen. The details of the snafu are not important. What is important is that the dealership took responsibility for the mess and not just vowed to correct it but went above what they needed to do. I have been dealing with this dealership and its predecessor at the location for years and have always had friendly, satisfactory service. More
