I am very unhappy with my Dodge Nitro and the location I purchased went bankruptcy and have not had positive experience with any Dodge dealers. I called on a Sunday - Rick saw me right away - without an appointment - no hassle..quick and efficient - level set my expectation so we were in alignment as to what to expect pricing and timing. Great follow through and exceeded my expectations in customer service. I really appreciate his courteous and friendly manner and his willingness to help! I have been visiting this dealership now for months and could recommend them to anyone. I mainly have oil changes but have had work done by this Company many times on a weekend. I was very happy with my service. As soon as I pulled up stephanie came to my car and asked me what I needed to be done. She answered told me anything I needed to know. Quick In/ Out Service. Like their Service Promotion Packages. Great Value for the money. Just need to include tire rotation with the oil change package as tires should be rotated every 5,000 miles wh Packages. Great Value for the money. Rick was great about helping me get my oil changed and off to work in a timely fashion. He even made sure that my oil change package was not expired before charging me.
