Editing to add: I took my car to another shop. They quickly found the issue was due to a faulty ignition switch. They repaired it, and the van runs perfectly. Napleton has refused to work with me in terms of reimbursement, so I’m out thousand due to their lousy work. Original: This place is a nightmare. I brought my car in because I had trouble getting it to start. I had an appointment for Tuesday at 9:30am. They didn't even start looking at it until Thursday. They told me they couldn't replicate the problem, but it was likely the fuel pump, and recommended it replaced. I asked if they were sure it was the fuel pump and not electrical, they said absolutely, so I okayed the $1800 repair. They told me to come pick it up, and literally as soon as I got it home, it wouldn't start again. I made another appointment, dropped it off on Tuesday. I showed them video and sent it to them via email of the problem. They didn't look at it until Thursday, and said they couldn't replicate the problem. This is where it gets fun. I asked them then if they'd buy it. They transferred me to sales, who said when they plugged it in, so many problems showed up that it would be too expensive to repair and sell, so the best they could do was offer me $1,000 and sell it at auction. Remember, the service department told me no codes were popping up and it was fine. At that point, the red flags were just waving around, so I said I would just pick the vehicle up. I drove it right to another shop. I emailed the dealer explaining the above and asking for a refund. Brian Hessler called me back and said I needed to bring it in for a third time. When I said I was uncomfortable because of the many reasons listed above, he said there was nothing he could do for me reimbursement wise since there's no proof of a problem. My husband and I were actually on the lot looking at a Dodge Challenger they had for sale, but now there is no way I'd ever do business with this dealer again. More
STAY AWAY FROM THEM! !! Ripoffs. They lied to me about who I would meet (had appt with manger and blew me off to new salesperson with no authority to do anything) and als !! Ripoffs. Then played typical xx old school pressure tactics dealership moves. Tried to make me test drive car I told them I did not want. Tried charge above sticker extra 5K claiming chip shortage issues when that xx ended months ago.. They are complete ripoffs! More
After hours spent in this dealership and almost bought a car. We figure out that they're playing games and lying. Really so sad. My saleswoman, Brooke, was professional and she helped me get my dream car! She made the process smooth and easy and she was able to answer all my questions to get me a deal I was happy with. Very poor at best on communication. I have a truck under warranty with a safety issue ( ABS/ traction control module).Part was order in October and I was told 2 weeks. No phone call or communication so I called end of November and was told now possibly mid January and its not confirmed. Nice to know when I bought this truck that I wouldn't be able to use it. Never Again Dodge!!! Straight junk. Should of stuck with Ford!!! 2006 F250 with 468000 miles and runs like a champ. More

Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in all my years of owning cars! My 2021 Durango SRT went in for warranty work from August 28th to September 10th. It is important to consider the quality of customer service you can expect when it’s time for your car to be repaired. If you’re accustomed to having “Service Advisors” who follow through with promises they make, then you may want to choose another Chrysler/Dodge Dealership, even if it means driving out of your way to a neighboring city. More
