Melissa was great. However i am disappointed in the machanic work. I had a oil change and indicated the jeep was running rough and it shook like i was going over the silent cops in the road. They found no problem but recomended a tune up amoung other items at a tune of&448.00. When i drove home the jeep shook and did it again today , i looked it up on line and a condition called death wobble happens in jeeps. I also had a vecical dianoses done, i am concerned why they did not check the items that cause death wobble, i am now stuck i cannot affoed to spen another few hundred bucks so soon the vexial is a 2009. I will need to park it and wait. I always like the dealer there and was disapponted when they closed and was so happy when napelton opened, i am concerned as cannot afford to not having my car not safe i am getting ready to retire. Tom Russo explained all the possibilities available when purchasing new tires for my Dodge Ram even the $50.00 rebate. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked if I could paint while in the waiting area s purchasing new tires for my Dodge Ram even the $50.00 rebate. I was permitted to paint and did so. This saved me the 2 hour service tim to change the tires and do the alignment. Thank you. I developed a slow leak in a front tire, needing to add about 8 lbs of air daily. They found a small puncture in the sidewall which cannot be repaired.
