I bought a car at the Clermont location on Tuesday the 6th of March 2012 and honestly if this is the way they run their company, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone. I purchased a used 2010 vehicle 6th of March 2012 and honestly if this is the way they run their company, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone. I purchased a used 2010 vehicle from them, I asked that the car be cleaned before purchase and if they could include some floor mats the salesman Mike Assured me it would be not problem. The car was filthy when they handed it over to me. "sticky back seat" dust on the dash" and the arm rest caked with grime they assured me that they would clean these things and they did not.I would have liked to have addressed the issue immediately however I needed to get to work and had no time to deal with the issue at that time. I then received a call from the Salesman Mike the next day after I bought the car asking me if I was happy with my purchase and I said I was not happy with the condition the car was in when I received it and that there were not floor mats he apologized and said that they would clean it for me when I brought it in for service, I then asked if I could have the floor mats out of the car I traded in and he said he would go check if they were there and then call me back, he Called me back and said the put them aside for me and that I could pick them up after work. I drove out of my way to go pick them up and the time I reached the dealership my floor mats mysteriously disappeared Mike assured me he would call me and let me know when he found them so far I have not been called regarding them. I also included in my contract stipulation that stated if I purchased the car they would fix some cosmetic issues "bumpers were not aligned with the car body" needed some touch up repaint on the front and back bumpers" I made an appointment to have the bumper clips replaced, I dropped the car off promptly at 8am on Monday March 12th and waited the rest of the day to hear from them regarding when to pick up my "new car" they then contacted me about 8 hours later that the car would not be ready for pick up until Wednesday March 14th and that they would not be able to provide me with a loaner car. Now I'm having to scramble to find a way into work for the next 2-3 day's. I was not informed that they would not be able to give me a loaner car when I made the appointment or when the car was dropped off . I was led to believe that this would be a service that would take a "just a few hours" replace the "clips" and I am very upset that they would handle me in this manner when I just purchased a seventeen thousand dollar car from them. I think the customer service is shoddy and the salesmanship very poor. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
We were in a bad situation with someone totaling our new car. The very supportive, and went out of their way to keep us in the price range we needed to be. Got a really good deal on a 2007 Grand Cherokee Laredo RME. Ryan was very helpful in the Sales Department, and after some haggling over the key fobs, etc, we were able to get a good deal, with a lifetime RME. My fuel pump died on Florida's Turnpike while I was heading home to Gainesville at 5PM. I did not have time to read reviews or choose where I was to go, my insurance towed me to the nearest repair faci heading home to Gainesville at 5PM. I arrived at Napelton Clermont at around 6:30 most dealers would have said "we'll get to you tomorrow". Melissa scheduled a diagnostic and provided me the rather expensive information within about 30 minutes. I called the two mechanics I use in Gainesville and the price Napelton quoted me was within $50. She went out of her way to provide transportation for me to Chilis where my wife was to pick me up. Napelton closed before my wife could get down to Clermont from Gainesville. Melissa scheduled the work for the next day and called when it was completed. I found their entire staff in the service and sales division to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and will definitely use this dealership again if given the opprotunity. More
Awful dealership. I made an appointment to look at an Avalanche. They called to confirm the appointment twice last night and once this morning. Yet the sold the vehicle yesterday afternoon. And the acted like it was my fault for not checking. When I did make a courtesy call this morning to let I was running 5 minutes late, I was put on hold for 10 minutes the transfered to voicemail. I went to the Kissimmee Napleton location today to see a car that I saw on the internet for their Napleton dealership in Kissimmee. The car was not there. They mis-lead customers by showing every car that t car that I saw on the internet for their Napleton dealership in Kissimmee. The car was not there. They mis-lead customers by showing every car that they have in inventory as being at locations in Kissimmee and also show the same cars as being at the Napleton in Clermont. After being told the car was at the Clermont Napleton dealer, I made an appointment to see it today. When I got there today, again, the car was not there. They said it was SOLD yesterday. I will never go to either Napleton location again. I think they keep cars on their internet ads LONG AFTER the cars are sold in order to lure in potential customers who will buy something else after getting there. I will not fall for that trick. I will buy elsewhere. More
We met Chris Roberts in your Kissimmee location and drove all the way to clermont satore to meet with him. He every bit of a professional. He is a no nonsense guy and wants to please the customer. He will do everything he can to make his customer feel welcome to his establishment. I trust him and know I can get the best price. The only thing that was a deal breaker was the front plate on the car. Even though Chris suggested a solution I just didnt like the thought of the holes for a front plate. Here in Fl. you dont need a front plate. Chris is a true diplomat to your company and you can rest assure when he is there your dealership is very well taken care of. I wrote a beautiful letter but as of yet chris has no knowledge of it. That makes me sad!! I will tell everyone I know what a positiuve experience you can have with Chris and this dealership.
