We have a Dorango Dodge that is under warranty and has completed 12,000 miles. The repeated issue we have is an electrical fault that causes a complete failure of the lights and all the front connections completed 12,000 miles. The repeated issue we have is an electrical fault that causes a complete failure of the lights and all the front connections so no A/C etc. Every time we take it to the dealer to fix they can't find the problem and insist we take the vehicle away. Last time this happened it was at night so we had to be towed home and that was the last straw, we took the car in and insisted this problem be resolved. NOBODY CALLED BACK, can you imagine how annoying it was NOT being able to get through to anyone. Our problem went to the executive department and again nobody called back until a Mr. Brian Hessler called and said we had to return the car, they could not find the problem and in a nutshell washed his hands of us. He then insulted us by saying we took the car hire for advantage and we need to pick our car up. Would anyone in their right mind take that as customer service when we have three kids and driving down a road at night and suddenly the electrics go and we have no lights? i think not? Basically this guy and their dealership take no notice of a warranty and have no customer care ambition we feel. So far we have nothing but bad feeling and STILL nobody has called us back. An official letter has been sent recorded to the CEO and i won't be holding my breath... More
Aaron Andrews is the most polite, professional, and Christian salesperson we have ever met. Aaron Andrews knows the facts about the vehicles if he wasn't sure he found out. Aaron Andrews was not push Christian salesperson we have ever met. Aaron Andrews knows the facts about the vehicles if he wasn't sure he found out. Aaron Andrews was not pushy but was where we thought this is a person we would like to buy a vehicle from, (in fact, we did buy one from him). Napleton should be proud to have such a dedicated employee. He deserves to be employee of the year and given a raise or a better job that pays better. Thanks Aaron More
Gave $500. to "show I was serious" It was the end of the night & they were closing. I never signed paperwork but got a receipt for the $500.00 The next day I told them we couldn't afford the de end of the night & they were closing. I never signed paperwork but got a receipt for the $500.00 The next day I told them we couldn't afford the deal and they said I lost the $500.00. They will not return it. I call police and they said I have to sue them. When I told them I didn't want the deal they turned angry showing the weak sales team that they are. DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE!!!!! More
We literally drove about 45 minutes from our Orlando home because of an ad they ran online and from the words of a few friends saying they were good to deal with. We thought between the ad promotion and the because of an ad they ran online and from the words of a few friends saying they were good to deal with. We thought between the ad promotion and the lifetime warranty that this dealership must be too good to be true, but we decided to risk it. To our great surprise, our experience was amazing! My husband and I had zero pressure from our salesman, Mike Burnside, and he showed us features the other dealerships failed to show us. He helped us find the best car for us, gave us the time we needed alone to figure out what were comfortable with. There was so xx regarding how much the car was going to cost or how much our trade in was worth. We understood exactly what we were getting. The finance guy, Nick, went above and beyond for us making sure we literally got the best loan, best financing and gave us a lot of great information that probably no one else would offer. They let our kids play in cars so they could be close to us and helped keep an eye on them so we could focus. When we had to take them to the bathroom, it was immaculate. They never wasted our time, nor did they drag their feet once. Without a doubt these people care about your business, they honor their advertising, they give you the best financing and best prices, there are no gimmicks regarding their warranty, they treat your family and kids like their own, and they are honest. Definitely worth the drive!!!!! More
I am a continued customer of Dodge service, However I have not been to service department in awhile. But recently I thought I would have my van looked and repaired by Tuffy's while my van was in the hand have not been to service department in awhile. But recently I thought I would have my van looked and repaired by Tuffy's while my van was in the handicap repair place next door, worst idea ever!! Not only was the employees at Tuffy's rude and disrespectful but half the time they didn't know the answer to my questions. So I informed the other shop that I was having my handicap work done on I would not be having my work done at Tuffy's. They didn't like that idea, they told me they were not going to give me back my van because it was a safety risk and I had to get it fixed at Tuffy's. I didn't know there was a law like that. So I picked up the phone and called Tom Russo at the Dodge shop in Clermont, not only did Tom inform me they could not keep my van, he told me he could work with me on the price. After I finally got my van back I made the 35 min drive and took it to Tom. Not only did he have an amazing price but they had my van back in an amazing time frame. It is because of this man I keep continuing to return to Dodge. He always has an answer every time I call, He always makes me feel like a valued customer, I have never come across a more amazing employee. I will never go anywhere else then Dodge again. If you own a Dodge vehicle I would suggest you do the same and ask for Tom. More
They called 4 times after I submitted a credit app. said I was approved and come on down and choose the financing rate cause they can beat the 14000 @ 7% I had. They had 2 used chargers and a new car newspa I was approved and come on down and choose the financing rate cause they can beat the 14000 @ 7% I had. They had 2 used chargers and a new car newspaper ad on their website saying chargers starting at 14999 or 15999 don't remember now after I complained about bait and switch I was told it was a used car they conviently did not have anymore. Now they show used cars when you click the new car ad link. So I drove 1&1/2 hours for their great approved deal with a lifetime warranty and James/salesman took info for credit told them have 14000 @ 7% with 3000 cash down, wanted a Charger new or used did not matter, just needed to finance for around 300 a month or a little more. So they had 3 chargers advertised that I should of been able to fit into but after 1 & 1/2 hours of waiting they tell me they can only get 16000 @ over 13% interest so James brings Chris/Finance Mgr over to tell us he can't help me, ignoring that I had 18000 for a used charger. Funny it looked like I had just watched the same ploy accross the showroom with a couple with a small child, I guess I should not have brought my son with me either or maybe not told them I was a Disabled Vet, James came back toveerify that. So I left, now I get turn down letters where they were running my credit for 27229.00 and 26229.00 so they could turn me down. What happened to the 3 that I might have qualified for no mention from Chris or James but the red one sold that day and the white one was still there and of course the used on the new car newspaper ad that did not say used and was advertised as new car was already sold per Chris when I called to complain. So I call and get Kevin Credit mgr who says well resubmit your application. Lakeland Dodge did the deal ASAP the next week with courtesy, guess they don't mind Parents and Disabled Vets. More
Rude! Would not negotiate on price. To bad they lost good customers who walked in with a loan approval. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone! customers who walked in with a loan approval. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More
Test drove 3 vehicles and each time we had to stop at the gas station for gas. One Jeep Compass had mechanical issues, the 2010 Ford Escape had rust where the driver seat connects, and so I ended up with th gas station for gas. One Jeep Compass had mechanical issues, the 2010 Ford Escape had rust where the driver seat connects, and so I ended up with the white 2010 Jeep Compass. They low balled me on my vehicle saying it would go to auction. We were at the dealership from 11:00 to around 5:00. We attempted to leave several times and each time the deal got better. We felt exhausted when we left. I drove to a grocery store with my new to me Jeep. Unfortunately, it wouldn't start up so my frozen foods were melting. I called the dealer and they sent someone out to replace the dead battery. I then see that the car had never been detailed as promised. My son wrote "wash me" on the back windshield. I then noticed that they never changed the tag either. I took the vehicle in the next day to get it detaied and waited 1 1/2 hours. Seriously? On Monday I was driving to an appointment and had my GPS plugged in. The Jeep started to smoke inside the cabin. I drove the Jeep directly to the dealership and demanded my van back. Of course they tried to stall me and couldn't locate the van quickly. After 15 minutes, I walked the lot. Apparently they had it prepped to be sold (yes, my "auction vehicle that was only worth $500" was on the lot for thousands). I drove home and noticed the next day that they had crashed my back bumper and broke my taillight. The nightmare doesn't end with these people. I went to purchase another vehicle with a reputable dealer, and these morons never cancelled my registration. It took 4 phone calls to get it resolved. I see this Jeep has been moved to Napleton in Kissimmee. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! More
