Then they added dealer fees and many other fees. the fees would have been ok but changing the price from $24000 to $27000 was the deal breaker. I asked them not to contact me and they still do. More

Was told Jeep leak specialist only comes in on Thursday's so waited until then. Upon check-in, was told I had numerous recalls and they could take care of all of them while they had Jeep. Was also told windshield cracks could be taken care of. When the service manager called to give estimate, he explained that all seals needed to be replaced around doors and top/lid and it would be $1500. WOOOOOAAAH! So we went into dealership to discuss details. When we asked how much it would be just to fix existing leak, the "leak specialist" told us he would only do the whole job or nothing. Needless to say we were in shock and made arrangements to have leak fixed elsewhere. But we did leave Jeep there for recalls and windshield. I just called to check on it after being there for 24 hours (service is open until 2 a.m.) and NOTHING has been done! What a waste of my time! I do NOT recommend this dealership for service at all! I bought my 2017 Dodge Journey at Napelton of Clermont. The process was great. But when it cones to the Service Department run away as far as you can. PLEASE bring a cot and plenty of food with you becuase you will definitely be there for a while. I brought my Journey in 2 separate times for a front end alignment and it took 4 hours each time and the issue was never fixed. Had to go back because a technician didn't put the lug nut key back in the glovebox and that was another 2 hours. This evening I go to have a simple oil change and the wait time I was told would be an hour and a half. After the hour and a half passed they said it was going into the bay next but it would be another hour wait. Bullcrap, I got my keys and left. I will change my oil myself. No more, no more. Had enough. SO PLEASE GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. More

I called Napleton Chrysler in Clermont, Florida where it was located. I asked for additional details and was asked if I would like to make an appointment to test drive. I was happy to make an appointment and thought I was all set. The drive is over an hour away and the wife and I arrived on time. As the wife and I were looking at the red Navigator on Napleton's car lot, a salesman came upon us quickly. The salesman was not friendly and seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. He never asked our names and I had to politely ask for his name, Shawn I believe. He stated if you are planning to finance, no bank will finance this vehicle for you since it has over 100,000 miles on it. I knew the salesman wasn't telling me the truth. Greenway Chrysler Dodge Orlando offered me a financed deal on a 121,000 mile vehicle with Chrysler Capital. I asked the Napleton salesman how much cash down would I need to secure this used vehicle? He stated it doesn't matter how much cash down you have no bank will finance you for a vehicle over 100,000 miles and I already said that. What if I traded my 2015 Dodge Caravan in? No. It won't matter and we don't have any other vehicles like this. The salesman also stated he has been selling cars for 26-years and he knows what he is talking about. "None, no others like this", I asked. I realized the salesman didn't want to sell the Navigator to me with his cold shoulder attitude. I said well I guess that is that. With that he walked away. The Napleton Salesman never asked me if I was interested in any other SUV. There were a number of used full size Jeeps and Rams I would of liked to see. He also could of said, well since you and your wife made the trip up here how about I show you something else. He just walked away leaving us standing there like unwanted uninvited guests. This was a very humiliating experience. We felt slighted, treated rudely, disrespectfully, and extremely unprofessional big league by Napleton Chyrsler Clermont. That was Sunday. I was called by another salesman later that Sunday who apologized to me and said we should of never been treated that way, it's not how we do business here. Parker said the other salesperson did lie to me about the bank financing and should of never said that. I said the first impression is the most important. He begged me to come back up to take a test ride in the 2007 red Lincoln Navigator and give Napelton another chance. I agreed to do that and told him Monday I have a in-patient hospital visit and will be available first thing Tuesday. Parker agreed and once again he apologized for the way the other salesman had treated the wife and I and wanted badly to make that up. Tuesday early I received a phone call from Napleton Chrysler Clermont that the 2007 Lincoln Navigator was just sold and don't bother to make the trip. I said this whole experience was extremely disappointing. Parker said in return, "at least I had the courtesy to call you. Would you rather drive all the way up here then find out it was sold?" I said I was there two days ago to make the deal and was turned away. Parker stated I can't be responsible for other salesmen. So there you go. What's the point in arguing. Obviously they were holding the 2007 Navigator for someone else as a favor or had another person in mind or perhaps the salesman wanted it for himself, I don't know. Not a happy ending at all. Before moving to Florida I was warned there are plenty of scams in this state that come in all shapes and sizes. Us being seniors, we must be careful. A new car dealership is a new one for me. Never ever again Napleton Chrysler Clermont. The proof of receipt I have is the email confirmations from Napelton...: More

My husband explained to salesman that this would be for me and I wanted to see How hard it is to take the top down etc. asked him to show me . He basically shows me how the front inclips from the visor On each side and said well we aren't gonna take the whole thing down now because you have to unzip the windows etc . He says actually the hard top is easier . Ok my husband asks him to show me . I explained that I had owned a Miata and I loved how easy the top Came down . So we went to a hard top and he again unclipped the front clips and told me then these Panels lift out and you stow them in the back in bags. My husband asked if I could test drive - I said no I'm not interested anymore. My husband asked did he have a card - he says no . Then he went inside and got a card from Manager . Sat am 11 am . FYI - I have excellent credit .most likely go to carmax More

Steve and Meagan were extremely helpful and honest, made the purchasing experience extremely easy. I maintain a very busy schedule and asked for all paperwork to be ready to sign and drive away the day we purchased and they happily obliged. This process was by far the most pleasant I've experienced to date. I would highly recommend Napleton and ask for Steve and Meagan to take care of you. But when I walked in, a sale man told me that is a price after rebate this rebate that blabla... if you cannot get rebate, you cannot get that price. I told him no, the rebate thing is posted online and the maximum is $4500 but this price is $10000 less than the original. I talked with someone on the phone, she told me that is a manufacture clearance price and I will get the exact same price when I walk in and visit. Then he told me, you know what that is how all the dealers work, give you a good price online to lure you visit and test drive. But when you come to visit then give you a totally different price. So when it is legal to make false advertisement online?? And I have never ever met any dealers work like this way. I will stay away from them and never do business with them. More

They So, I just got home from Napelton Dodge Jeep Chrysler in Clermont, FL. They had my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport for a week doing some work. They had to replace the rear main seal, the front axle seals, alternator and tensioner pulley. I left my vehicle with them on the 9th of February. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up on the 15th. When I went to get my vehicle, there was still a loud noise under the hood and when they moved the vehicle back to the bay there was a puddle of oil under the vehicle because the rear main seal was still bad. I didn't end up getting my vehicle back until late on the 17th. When I was at a friends house i noticed they didn't put the bolts back in that hold my fuel tank skid plate to the transmission cross member. So I brought it back today to get the bolts put back in and the service manager told me they didn't take those bolts out of my jeep. Do they think everyone is an idiot. You have to take out the transmission crossmember to pull the transmission. Well he then proceeded to take the bolts from another customers vehicle (it was a white jeep wrangler, so if you have your vehicle there, make sure you check them) and tried putting them in mine after I told him that I have an upgraded crossmember. He then went to tell me that the reason those bolts are missing is because they both backed out while I was off-roading and I caught the skid plate on something causing it to bend backwards. He stuck to his story even though I told him that both the bolts were torqued to spec with lock tight. I can see one bolt may backing out but two. Also, there was not paint damage on that part of the skid plate. Needless to say I will not go back to Napelton, nor will I recommend any of my friends or family to go there. Treat your customers like idiots and word of mouth will spread. If you know anyone that uses Napelton, tell them to go elsewhere. More
