Napleton Chevrolet St. Charles - Service Center

This was my 2cd visit since Napleton took over the dealership. Both visits were for oil change and tire rotation. Both times the tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. Everyone else at the dealership were very friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about them but in the future I will not have any service performed at this dealership and will probably not purchase a vehicle there. The woman who took care of me was excellent, sorry, she didn't introduce herself and I failed to ask. Greg Titus did a great job on helping me with new tires that my car needed. Time spent waiting for the completion of work was less than what I was told. Oil change was quick and easy but tech was kind of pushy with regards to other service that he said I needed. I looked at the owners manual and they did recommend the list of work items, so.....
