oil change and tire rotation w/my appt + waiting - was done in a sufficient amt of time. Bill let me know the items that I may want to address when I return from my trip, but the car is ready for a 180 done in a sufficient amt of time. No follow up, no confirmation repairs are done accurately, no concern when a 36" long metal skid plate scrapes down 53 at 65 mph, can't order parts right the first, second or third time, lies to m accurately, no concern when a 36" long metal skid plate scrapes down 53 at 65 mph, can't order parts right the first, second or third time, lies to me about when work will be done, telling me the GM will call me to discuss and never does. I will never buy a car again from these people, either Napleton or Don McCue. I wouldn't buy a bottle of water from their vending machine. Transmission failure on a 2019 Tahoe with under 50,000 miles I put on it. The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the excitement of buying a brand new Tahoe from this dealership - they don't even care. More
