Very, very mad I was not able to get my FREE oil change. McCue Chevy gave to me when I purchased my recent auto. Thank God Bill in Service is still there. Get your estimate in writing. Twice we were given estimates over the phone by Bill our service agent, and when we pick up our vehicle the total is two to three hundred dollars mo Twice we were given estimates over the phone by Bill our service agent, and when we pick up our vehicle the total is two to three hundred dollars more. The first time this happened the dealership was Don Mccue. We had paper work that shown what the agreed upon price was. The service manager apologized for the mistake and reimbursed the difference. Now that the dealership is Napleton, there is a new service manager named Omar. We brought the issue up with him, and he blamed us for the "miscommunication." The paperwork we received also didn't have any record of the agreed upon cost. Also when I asked where the keys were for our vehicle, Omar ignored us and walked away. We want to support local business but not be taken advantage of for it. More

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! !!!!! If I could do negative stars I would do negative!!!! Currently watching my mother cry over this dealership because of the horrible treatment she !!!!! She brought her car here 5 weeks ago for an engine issue. Long story short, they “fixed” the issue and returned the car back to us. Car died that same day. These people have no clue what they are doing. Their communication is absolutely horrendous. “Omar” NEVER answers the phone and “Mike” is extremely rude. We are now getting the car towed to the Sunrise dealership because they are AWESOME! More
