Wow. First off ,I sold cars for years. It's obvious there at Napleton ,St Charles, that professionalism, Isn't int there vocabulary, for service. Had First off ,I sold cars for years. It's obvious there at Napleton ,St Charles, that professionalism, Isn't int there vocabulary, for service. Had problems when it was the previous dealership and went in to talk to them about it. Nobody was there that looked familiar. I talked to Greg , a service advisor there. I expressed my complaints and he told me that Napleton is there now and going to do what they can to make me feel comfortable. They had a new service manager there by the name of Pete. Real nice guy. ( That's why he's not there anymore) Pete was nice enough to see how the previous dealership took advantage of me and credited my account 300 dollars. Started going there again for oil changes. Then my engine light came on. Also needed a new washer fluid sensor. So I went in and talked to Pete and he said they will look at it for me while I was on vacation. The next week ,Dec 1st ,I dropped off the car before I went on vacation, and was told Pete was no longer there. Greg told me he was fired. Greg ,right away tried to make me believe I had to many electronics hooked up in the car. That made no sense. I left and Greg called me the next morning and said this: 1. Said the oil change 2. The window washer fluid sensor and instalation for 195 for labor 76 for the part. 3. Then said I needed a throttle update and throttle cleaning. That was 300 in labor plus 50 dollars for rags and shop supplies. Keep in mind ,I'm in Las Vegas ,and just wanted that check engine light off. I picked the car up on Dec 4th. It was a Sunday ,so nobody was there. The next day the check engine light came on. Called Greg at Napleton and he went right back to the battery. Wait a minute ,I just spent 700 dollars ,where it said nothing about the battery on the report. Now he want to talk about the battery again. Already I knew. I went in a week later after gathering my facts. Keep in mind ,he never called me back to see how things were going. Horrible customer service. When I went in ,I met Pete's replacement Jim. I went over each item 1 by 1. I called GM before going in. There was never a update for throttle on a 2020 chevy malibu. Amazing. They then said a throttle cleaning and update are the same thing. So why was I chrgered for 2 different things. Also the double charged me for the fluid sensor and labor. 3 other GM dealerships ,in the same are were half that price. I asked Jim to pull it up and it said 1/2 job. I looked at Jim and he said he had to pay he's boys in the back so they charge time and a half. I already knew before I went in there ,what was up. It's called taking someone to the cleaners. I looked at Jim and said the reason why I was so good in this business, is because ,I was honest. Beware at this new Napleton. Check out all of there reviews. I guarantee 90 % of those 5 star reviews are from friends and families of thr dealership. Look at the complaints, these are for real. More

Get copies or photos of any written agreement before going into finance. My experience is the sale price changed and after I arrived home I realized the difference. After dealing with many higher ups in going into finance. My experience is the sale price changed and after I arrived home I realized the difference. After dealing with many higher ups in management they mailed me a check for being overcharged. Unfortunately I paid state taxes on the higher amount. If you are not happy with an answer from Chris Behkle speak to someone above him. Be diligent when dealing with the Napleton Group. More
The financing person was rude, unethical and dishonest. Ruined my experience and will not feel comfortable dealing with that dealership in the future if that same person works there.
