November of 2022 had a set of new tires put on an SUV, aligned, and balanced. By Feb 2023 something was wrong with the tires. Go forward a YEAR, the noise of the tires is getting louder, multiple visits, aligned, and balanced. By Feb 2023 something was wrong with the tires. Go forward a YEAR, the noise of the tires is getting louder, multiple visits, rotations, re-alignment etc. The service department is telling us will need to replace the tires to fix this and “It isn’t like the tires are going to blow, they are just making noise”, what??? We had to remind them we bought the tires THERE and there should be a warranty. Brought the vehicle to another shop and within 30 minutes they identified the problem that should have been caught on one of the tire rotations or alignment. Neither the service department or the tire manufacturer will stand behind the tires or the work done. For the last two weeks we have been calling with either no answer or leaving messages with no reply. We have been customers for 15+ years, hard to believe that Napleton is treating customers like this. More

Just bought a vehicle and the transmission went out on it😡called salesman and was told “sold as is”! But yet was told multiple times before purchase that their service department went through vehicle ext it😡called salesman and was told “sold as is”! Could not test drive - decided to close early We drove 45 minutes to test drive a Chevrolet Tahoe on 5/3/19. We arrived at the dealership at 6:30 p.m. The business website indicates they are open until 8:00 p.m. on Fridays. When we arrived, we were told that we could not test drive the vehicle because "it's been slow all day and we are closing early." We asked about the hours listed on the website and were told the hours were correct. We we explained that we were from out of town and came specifically to look at that vehicle. The salesman again said they were closing early and we would have to come back another time. More

They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on. More
