Bought a used escalade which didn't even make it home from dealership before ck engine light came on. Result is a $800 transfer case. Dealership said they wouldn't do anything. I bought a used Audi. I paid a lot for it and expected it to be in good or standard shape. Within my first fill up (2nd day) all the sensors came on. This dealership definitely leaves some things to be desired in the Customer Service department. I paid for service that was not provided and when I questioned the issue, I was met with disrespect and desired in the Customer Service department. After about 3 weeks of shopping around, looking for a Black 2007 Caddy Escalade ESV, a co-worker suggested I stop in and see August Blancas because he can ''get anybody financed''. After a few hours of negotiations, I was signing my contracts and drove off the lot with exactly the truck I wanted plus navi!! Not to mention a great price and reasonable monthly payment. Their service is absolute waste of time. Went there 4 times until they got my Caddy fixed and God knows for how long. It turned out that, they've sold me a car with bad transmision.
