Best Experience. Makes trip from out of town worthwhile. I was looking for a Cadillac Escalade and had contacted multiple dealerships and visited a few. Most of the dealerships were very short with me and di I was looking for a Cadillac Escalade and had contacted multiple dealerships and visited a few. Most of the dealerships were very short with me and did not follow up on questions or requests for more information. Napleton was several hours away from my home but once I contacted them the staff immediately replied to all of my inquiries. Isaac Herzberg took videos and extra pictures of the cars I was interested in and made sure that it would be worth my time to drive to their dealership from out of town and purchase a car. Once I arrived multiple staff members came to greet me and made me feel very welcome. The hospitality was absolutely outstanding. The staff went even so far as to go out and greet my wife and kids who were waiting in the car. Next, John Melus went over the car and all of the paperwork and took extra time to show me all the details of the Escalade and set up all preferences, options, etc. Rachel Borizani made the financing and paperwork very easy and transparent. It took no more than half an hour to purchase the car. Almost everything can be done through email/phone/facetime and once at the dealership you are treated very well. Cadillac is a high end brand and Napleton's staff treat you accordingly. I will definitely do business with them again! More

Fantastic buying experience with John Melus! John Melus is simply one of the most helpful, honest and easiest to deal with salespeople my wife and I have ever dealt with. He actually has been ans John Melus is simply one of the most helpful, honest and easiest to deal with salespeople my wife and I have ever dealt with. He actually has been answering questions regarding this sale for the better part of a year now. We knew we were going to upgrade to a CT6 sometime early spring of 2018 and he would follow up every so often to check on our plans for this upgrade. When we finally decided to look more seriously at this Cadillac upgrade we asked John a ton of questions...from the most silliest to the most complex and he answered every question. Cadillac's and cars in general are much more complex these days....John made the complex much easier to understand and appreciate. The world needs salespeople to help customers make informed decisions that are right for them....John is indeed one of those people....we need more of them. Talking about "exceeding expectation" John even came to our house to program our new CT6 to the garage door opener which can be tricky sometimes....unbelievable customer service! We have also been dealing with Keith Goebelt in service for the last four years and he has simply been wonderful. Service is fast and Keith could not be more helpful. We also would like to mention Dominic Florio who has been more that helpful in this buying process as well. So thank you to Keith and Dominic from both Karen and I.
