Great Customer Service during and after purchase Recently leased a new XT5 from Napleton Cadillac and August was the Salesman that worked with me on the process. What impressed me the most was his follow up after I had the vehicle. I had an issue with the sun shade and a few other questions on the vehicle. I live 66 miles from the dealership and August actually drove to my house and dropped off a courtesy vehicle while taking my new vehicle back to the dealership to take care of the sun shade and my other questions. The service people determined a retainer clip was missing and was able to fit it while answering my other questions. The lane departure system operates differently from the SRX I had previously. Even after this service August followed up to make sure everything was great and that I was fully satisfied. I could not ask for better service! More

We then went inside to talk about the price and payment options, Michael Smith, the used car manager, was very easy to talk to and helped get my payment right to where i needed it to be. The car was washed and filled up with a full tank of gas while i signed paperwork with the bubbly and friendly Rachel Borizani in Finance, she explained everything that i was signing and was very quick. After finance i walked out to my squeaky clean new car and drove home. I will be referring friends and family to August and the amazing sales staff at Napleton Cadillac in Libertyville!! (: More
