They don't hold true to there estimates! For the repair.& don't ask your permission to proceed & you end up with double amount of a bill. And service manager is verry rude. Steve, the representative in the Service Department at Napleton, was courteous and informed me of the areas needing repair, provided an estimate of cost, and an accurate gauge of time required for comple Napleton, was courteous and informed me of the areas needing repair, provided an estimate of cost, and an accurate gauge of time required for completion of service. He even offered to drive me home & pick me up when the car was ready. I was pleased with the process & appreciated the visual portion of the description of needed service. I am not a fan of the text to my phone about service needs. I prefer face-to-face conversations. More
