Bought a new Boxster S from Ron Hughes @ Napleton Porsche in Rockford last month. His customer service was amazing. I wanted a very specific subset of options but didn't want to wait to order a car. Ron scou in Rockford last month. His customer service was amazing. I wanted a very specific subset of options but didn't want to wait to order a car. Ron scoured the entire country and found the perfect car from another dealer's inventory. I had never met him before the sale, but certainly consider him a friend after. Great move to use this dealer for your next Porsche. More
My son & I came to your dealership the afternoon of Saturday, July 26, 2013. We had the misfortune of getting the salesman by the name of Todd. He was the most unfriendly and rudest car salesman I ha Saturday, July 26, 2013. We had the misfortune of getting the salesman by the name of Todd. He was the most unfriendly and rudest car salesman I have ever encountered. We looked at both the Forester and Outback that were on the showroom floor. The entire time we looked at them we would have to ask questions to get information about them. He very seldom would offer any information on the two vehicles. When we asked to test drive the Forester, he acted like we were putting him out. He pulled the vehicle up to the front door and I got in the diver seat, my son behind me, and Todd in the front passenger seat. I asked how to get out to the street and he said either way. Being my first time at this dealership, and not familiar with Rockford (don't live in Rockford) I was not sure how to get back onto Perryville. So, when Todd said either way I went to the south. Seeing cars and a curb in front of me, I said now where. Todd curtly said "Where every you want". I turned left along the south side of the building. I than asked again where to go. Todd again even more rudely said "Mary, the road is straight in front of you". First off, that was the road behind your building not Perryville. The entire test drive he said only five words..."So what do you think". These words were uttered when we were at the stop light to turn back into your dealership. He gave us no information about the vehicle as he sat like a bump on a log. I could tell he didn't want to be in that car with us. I don't know if he was having a bad day, or that he didn't like the fact that I told him that we were out looking at a Honda CRV, Toyota Rav4 and the Subaru. Maybe he didn't want a "looker", but I can tell you one thing....I will never step foot into your dealership again because of that man. I don't want anyone to get fired, but that man shouldn't be selling cars. Also, my friends know that we are looking for a vehicle and have been told about our experience. The salesman at your Honda showroom, Cornelius, was the direct opposite. He knew that we were looking and test driving the three vehicles and he took time and gave us a wealth of information! More
I have nothing but praise for Napleton Subaru. Since buying my first new car over 35 years ago, I have never experienced such a professional & pleasant car buying experience. Mike Price and the entire N buying my first new car over 35 years ago, I have never experienced such a professional & pleasant car buying experience. Mike Price and the entire Napleton team were knowledgeable, patient and above all pleasant. At no time did my wife and I feel pressure to make a decision. As a result, we made an excellent and informed decision to buy a 2013 Subaru Outback Limited. We love the car and have no compunction in recommending Napleton Subaru to prospective car buyers. Whether your need is a new car or a used car, the Napleton team remains respectful & professional. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Napleton Subaru! More
We started looking for a new car in February 2012, we narrowed it down to 3 choices. A quick visit with Braxton McNitt and a test drive and then we were off. In July we finally decided to go with a Sub narrowed it down to 3 choices. A quick visit with Braxton McNitt and a test drive and then we were off. In July we finally decided to go with a Subaru Outback, I contacted the dealership, Braxton remembered us and offered his help. I have purchased a lot of cars and never has my experience been this pleasant. We went on another test drive, Braxton offered to take the car to our house to make sure it fit in the garage and said "come back when you are ready to purchase". When I went into purchase the car there was no pressure, none of the normal car sales tactics. I knew what my car was worth, what the Subaru was selling for on average, I made an offer and the deal was done. I got the price I wanted for my car and I paid what I felt was a fair price for the new car...maybe I should have offered less. If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend this dealership. Clean, comfortable, no old school car dealing tactics and overall satisfying car buying experience. Ask for Braxton, don't be surprised when a very young looking young man shows up, he knows everything about the cars available and is a true professional. More

Impressive dealership. Forrester brought me in and the Outback sold me. The quality, knowledge and professionalism of the staff is outstanding. Appreciated the low pressure sales discipline. Braxton's kno Outback sold me. The quality, knowledge and professionalism of the staff is outstanding. Appreciated the low pressure sales discipline. Braxton's knowledge of the vehicles was exemplary and his thoroughness in explaining the vehicle and sales process was impressive along with his sense of humor. Mike was also very informative and even though a tough negotiator on price, his low-key persuasiveness and manner was fair and respectful which was greatly appreciated as well. This is a group you can deal and feel good about it. Great job guys! Love my Subby. More
Bruce and Mike were the nicest, most helpful car salesmen I have ever met. They offered the most for my trade-in out of the three dealerships I had been to, and made sure my payment was where I needed it to I have ever met. They offered the most for my trade-in out of the three dealerships I had been to, and made sure my payment was where I needed it to be. Mike was so helpful and really goes above and beyond. He never made me feel pressured or rushed, and I actually felt like he was "on my side" versus the typical impression you get from car salesmen and dealerships. Instead of dreading car shopping, I am actually looking forward to next summer when we plan to trade in my wife's car. More
I bought a used Nissan Rogue at Napletons. When I bought it, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System Light was on. I was told that this is because the vehicle was standing on the lot in the sun for a while. I j it, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System Light was on. I was told that this is because the vehicle was standing on the lot in the sun for a while. I just needed to adjust the pressure on all tires. I put air in all 4 tires and checked them to the exact recommended pressure by the manufacturer. I noticed that I had to fill air in one tire more than the other ones. I had to fill 1 tire 5 to 10 PSI all the time (every week). I signed the bumper to bumper warranty and the tire replacement warranty and still had the 90 day 3000 mile warranty with the dealer. So I wasn't too worried about going to them right away since I thought some dirt got between the rim and the tire. And who monitors which tire loses more air than the other? Easy fix I thought. It turns out that the valve stem had a crack. Total cost: $300. Napletons came through and paid for the repair. The Manager did everything he could to make another customer happy. More
