It was shocking because I almost signed for a new 2017 GLS 450, but then became double minded and was thinking if I should be buying the 2013 at almost half the price. My sales person, Kristian Banovic, was completely supportive and did not try to persuade me into buying the more expensive car. I haven't seen anything like this before at a dealership. I felt so comfortable during the entire transaction! It is a relief knowing I will be dealing with caring and honest people while I have my car. Definitely buy from this dealership! Ask for Kristian! Dont trust them and read carefully I bought a used car from the mercedes dealership. Was told by salesperson and finance guy that they would put in tire sensors and repair oil leak when I bought a used car from the mercedes dealership. Was told by salesperson and finance guy that they would put in tire sensors and repair oil leak when i broughtbit back for complementary indoection. Just got car in and they had not hadchance to go over the car. When i brought it back i was told the people who told me that were not authorized and i had to pay for thise items. The service guy was extremely rude and as well. Dont trust the liars there More

Great Buying Experience Napleton Auto Group was the 5th dealership I visited within 2 days. I guess 5 times is a charm instead of 3! I called ahead to see if they had the vehicle I wanted. They were able to find the vehicle but it was a tidbit beyond the price I was willing to pay. So we went back to the drawing board and Dan and Joey sat with me to understand what my "must-haves" vs "nice-to-haves" were! We found the car that that matched my "must-haves" with most of my "nice-to haves within my price range! I picked up the car 4 days later and I am extremely happy with my Mercedes GLC300 4MATIC! I love it and I'm so thankful that Dan and Joey didn't give up because I was ready to leave because I was so frustrated with the tedious process! Joey was extremely helpful in getting me up to speed on the vehicle and some of the unique features! I received several follow-up calls to ensure me that if I had any questions that he was a phone call away. I greatly appreciated it that! New Beginnings After going through a divorce, I had to return my BMW to my ex husband. I was pondering going back to BMW which was just across the street from Napleton. Instead I went to Napleton Mercedes Benz to give it a shot. I did have a vehicle to trade, which was a 2006 Volkswagon, which my niece had an accident in two months ago, I initially thought the car was worthless because I still owed money on it. The salesman and the finance guy at Napleton assured me I would walk out with a Mercedes. I didn't think I would get approved, but they put me in a vehicle that I could afford. They structured the deal I a way that they knew would be accepted by the bank. They were right! The bank approved the deal! I walked away a happy customer and finally am able to drive the car I've always wanted...I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used Mercedes Bena, especially if you've never had one, but had always dreamed of it!
