They CX70 that we desired was in Denver - Jim called us every day sometimes several times a day to keep us informed of our cars progress. Then the cherry on the sundae - Jim drove our CX70 down to our home and hand delivered to me at my front door! WOW!! We will not be going anywhere else for our purchases in the future! Fantastic Buting Experience - Thank you, Tony T! We were shopping for a vehicle and settled-in on a new GLC300. The color combo and pkgs that I wanted were not on the lot. Talking with Tony Turco, We were shopping for a vehicle and settled-in on a new GLC300. The color combo and pkgs that I wanted were not on the lot. Talking with Tony Turco, GM for a few minutes, he said no problem I will get exactly what you want. Within 15 minutes he had located 3 options, and went to work with the other dealers late Saturday afternoon. Monday morning, Tony called and advise he had secured 'my" vehicle and was transporting it into the dealership. We met the following Saturday, he walked us through the deal and we drove off with the exact GLC300 I wanted. Over the years I have bought no-less than 20 vehicles. Tony made this one the best experience from start to finish. Cudo's Tony! More

Out of state purchase from Napleton Autowerks My company purchased a 2013 Volvo C70 in late June and we have been very happy with the car. It was purchased due to a search that was made by a NY d My company purchased a 2013 Volvo C70 in late June and we have been very happy with the car. It was purchased due to a search that was made by a NY dealer for this particular auto and year. The car was exactly as represented and the only issue has been that an extended warranty was negiotiated into the deal and requires service every 10k. We did not realize the last service was by the previous owner exactly 9 k previous so found out a couple of weeks after our purchase that my company had to provide additional $750 service to keep warranty active. Seems that this should have been told to us prior to the purchase as we were told the car was inspected. Maybe we should have know this ahead of time but a lot of money to spend 3 weeks after purchase. Otherwise a great experience and I am sure we would do business with Napleton again. More
