It used to be good when I was taken care with other service advisor. The new girl, Karla had little knowledge. Any questions I had with my car after the diagnosis, she had to put me on hold. She said she would call me back with a quote on a belt I requested to change but wanted to know how much it'd cost me. She didn't get back to me though I texted the automated text number. I found out about the pricing when it was done 4 hours later. I had mentioned about a single service coupon but she didn't apply for me till I reminded her. May need to bring my car to service next time in Fort Myers instead till you guys have a better staff or better training. More
