Didn’t get a printed receipt when I picked up my car last month; was told it would be emailed to me but it never was. While there I inquired about pricing for the garage door opener to be added to my car. Wa month; was told it would be emailed to me but it never was. While there I inquired about pricing for the garage door opener to be added to my car. Was told they’d email me the information about pricing; but never got that either. They were supposed to order a part for me. I’ve been waiting about a month, haven’t heard anything so I decided to call. After being left on hold for a lengthy amount of time, I was told it would be another two weeks for the part. I know it’s completely out of their control when parts come in. However a year ago this same thing happened with the service dept. for another part they were ordering for me. I waited over two months, and then had to call again to inquire. After I called, to inquire they told me it would be about a week later. If a part is taking months perhaps a phone call or text update to communicate. Otherwise, it feels like they forgot. As for the service people that work there, I like them all. They are all very nice and very kind. More

All good except the long wait had appt for 10 am but was taken in later. Marko was very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the things I didn't understand. Service is great. Had to wait a bit but they kept me informed and can't beat the price special of oil change. Worth driving 1 and a half to my car tended with pride. I would have given it a 5 but waiting 2 hours after a scheduled appointment for just an oil change is totally unacceptable.
