I was quoted over $4000 for 30,000 mile maintenance plus AC fix. I told them I would take it elsewhere but they had already done $700 of the maintenance. I was not impolite, but I'm sure it was clear I was AC fix. I told them I would take it elsewhere but they had already done $700 of the maintenance. I was not impolite, but I'm sure it was clear I was not happy when I arrived to pick up my car. The staff was friendly and a call was made to the mechanic and suddenly a $200 charge for "fluids" magically disappeared. While I appreciated the saved money, it became obvious that some price gouging was going on. I wonder how much of the $4000 estimate could have also magically disappeared with a phone call. Anyway, everyone always tells me not to take my car to the dealer for service, but I thought I'd try as I liked my previous experiences at Naples Mazda. But now I've learned my lesson. Take care. We had a great experience this weekend with the Service Dept. The Manager Roger went out of his way to resolve an issue we had. The Manager named Dimas also went out of his way to help us and solve a probl Dept. The Manager Roger went out of his way to resolve an issue we had. This is our 7th Mazda and we are so grateful for the excellent service from these two managers! More
Let me say first that I own to Mazda‘s CX5 and a CX9 and I love them with that said my CX9 was having problems and the dealership had my car for over two months trying to figure it out, then the New manager I love them with that said my CX9 was having problems and the dealership had my car for over two months trying to figure it out, then the New manager, Roger of the service department took control of the situation, and I got my car back the following week! He really took command of the situation and was in contact with me almost every day of the status, I feel that Roger being added to the staff, brought the service department to a higher level, and I will always recommend going to Naples Mazda More
