I tried calling to make an appointment for an oil change a few times and wasnt getting through (system kept hanging up on me) so i was a walk in. Brandon, altho very busy, squeezed me in and made me feel ve a few times and wasnt getting through (system kept hanging up on me) so i was a walk in. My issue was not with the dealership but rather with the service department. The car wasn't ready as expected, never received a text or video of the service performed to top it off my seats and arms rest wa service department. Update: After my bad experience with the service department, I received a call directly from Rick the current General Manager at Mazda, he was very apologetic and wanted to amend the bad experience I had during the visit to the service department this past week. He was very courteous and accommodating to the needs of customers. All I have to say is that he was very attentive and provided great customer service. More
