Today this dealer is not the same as it used to be. The service, management, and leadership, in general, changed for the worse. I have more than six years with this dealer in Naples. Since 2022 Naples Mazda has changed. I don’t know what the reason is. Maybe new management. Andrea Tercero doesn’t know how to treat customers. She answers questions vaguely and without checking the information. My car service was made poorly without the Mazda standards. I asked for the report that shows my car checked points, and a technician at the service counter said that he didn't know what I was talking about. I never received the video, and I received that day more than 15 text messages saying that I was about to receive the inspection video. So I asked for the video and they said the video wasn't taken. Then I had to wait 50 more minutes for a new service, and at the end, no video was taken either. I had to leave since I was at the dealer for almost three hours. This service was an awful experience. They are accurate in the amount of time they estimate for repairs and the costs thereof. However, I was disappointed that when I complained my miles indicator was no longer accurate after a battery change th repairs and the costs thereof. However, I was disappointed that when I complained my miles indicator was no longer accurate after a battery change they told me to drive it around for two weeks and the onboard computer would eventually recalibrate it. I’ve done that and it hasn’t. So now I’ll be bringing it back to get issue resolved. More
