The service department handled my brake work without issue. The advisor kept me informed and the technician provided a video showing that he had test driven my car and the work was complete. Why I only give a 4-star rating is because I completely disagree with the fact that this company charges a 3% upcharge for using a credit card. Just be forewarned that they want a check or cash. More
My rear camera eye has shifted and I can now see part of my license plate. I was told that there was nothing wrong and that it had always been there. I’ve had this car for some time and would have noticed i my license plate. I was told that there was nothing wrong and that it had always been there. I’ve had this car for some time and would have noticed it. The mechanic then told her to show me another Mazda camera to prove their point. I could see the bumper on the camera but no license plate. I was then told that’s because the car was at an angle. Even though I insisted there was a problem I was spoken to in a very condescending manner and nothing was done. I have since researched this and spoken to other mechanics and there is a problem. I have always been treated so well by the service department in the past but my last visit was most upsetting More
