The service department handled my brake work without issue. The advisor kept me informed and the technician provided a video showing that he had test driven my car and the work was complete. Why I only give a 4-star rating is because I completely disagree with the fact that this company charges a 3% upcharge for using a credit card. Just be forewarned that they want a check or cash. My rear camera eye has shifted and I can now see part of my license plate. I was told that there was nothing wrong and that it had always been there. I’ve had this car for some time and would have noticed i my license plate. I was told that there was nothing wrong and that it had always been there. I was then told that’s because the car was at an angle. Even though I insisted there was a problem I was spoken to in a very condescending manner and nothing was done. I have since researched this and spoken to other mechanics and there is a problem. I have always been treated so well by the service department in the past but my last visit was most upsetting More
