I had a my car serviced there months ago and I believe they neglected to properly take steps to ensure my car would have the lowest chance of having problems. The result was a cracked engine block. Roger Hess- 5 excellent My vehicle was dropped off November 6, 2023, Scott kept telling me the service dept. Was backed and gave me a loaner car 2,weeks later.
