This was for the Mazda advantage. They told my husband 5 hours, after 7 hours, 45 minutes, I had enough. Be honest upfront. I was waiting for the car. Then some lady called my husband 2 or 3 times, texted just a many. Wanting to sell a new car. If I was interested in a new car, I would go back to my original salesman, who was very good. Then she started in about my interest rate. I didn't sign any papers saying you had authorization to look into that. I have tried to call 3 times. The first 2 times, the phone rings, the goes busy. The 3rd time, I did get a person, asked for Roger Hess, was told he wasn't in. Ask to have him call me, but to this day, no word from him. She was snippy on the phone. Told me that the email and text message from him were generic. For all I know, I spent all that time at the dealership and all they did was wash and vacuum my car. All over the place there's signs about video while they work on your car, never saw one. All I can say is this is my 1st and last Mazda, if this is how they treat you after the sale. More

I had an issue recently, she had a mechanic, Devin, who was the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met, figure out the issue and they fixed it properly. I will definitely be back, especially if they both are a part of the Mazda team. More

Not enough people for intake both in an outside. After I dropped off car off, Noah said he'd call me with what had to be done after service department looked at it. From then on, crickets. I had to call later in day to find out what was going on. Same next day. Third day, he called me early in the morning, to telling me car was ready. If these people are too busy, you should get them help. More
