Dannicla was terrific, as I walked in the service center she acknowledged me by using my name. When I explained the problem to her she proceeded to explain what was going to happen. Once she found out she then explained it to me .Even when it came to the cost of the repair she did it with empathy which by the way made easier to accept it. The video was great to watch in reference to the replacement of the motor in my door. Roger the service manager came over to me to make sure I was pleased with the work that was completed.Masda has a great staff which makes me feel safe to continue to come back for service..Dannicla and Roger..
