I drove to Asheville, North Carolina & my car broke down in the Mountains less than 1 week after I had my 50k check up - Tine Up at Naples mazda for my 2022 Mazda CX-5 - i have always done my turn ups & in the Mountains less than 1 week after I had my 50k check up - Tine Up at Naples mazda for my 2022 Mazda CX-5 - i have always done my turn ups & check ups at the Naples Mazda Dealer & always on time So Frustrated - we broke down in the middle of our vacation i can’t believe my CX-5 would Not start back up in the smokey mountains after stopping to eat because the battery was dead - we didn’t leave anything on as far as power - we were later told by the AAA affiliated Mechanic the battery was probably starting to drain for some time - i doubt the Naples Mazda Tech even checked my battery last week - this mechanic said they should have caught this & was scratching his head. it totally affected our vacation adversely - we bought tickets to go to the Biltmore tour in Asheville NC but had to “eat them” we didn’t make it in time - they closed at 5pm & we were stuck - We had to wait for AAA’a Road side assist while vacationing in the Smokey Mountains, we lost an entire day of vacation plus it was dangerous breaking down in the mountains. . i will never buy another car from Naples Mazda & neither should anyone else Very Poor Level of customer satisfaction. mostly because their service department has had so much turn over in the past 3 years years while i was at the dealer for my 50k tune up oil change diagnostic - the tech who worked on my car sent me a service video & He told me they checked everything-out on my car the only thing they suggested that i change was my air filter this was less than 1 week before my car broke down while on vacation My service bill was outrageously high bill was very High Given it’s the 4th of July travel weekend So Disappointed in Naples Mazda you really dropped the Ball and lost a long time Madza customer as a result PJ More

Most people do not know what goes on under the hood and like to have visual explanation of issues or potential issues. Eg: color of fluid or visualization of a dirty filter. Keep doing what you are doing. More
