I was there for 3 hours for a scheduled oil change & tire rotation. No one came to check on me ever or give me an update. At 2 hours & 15 minutes I was sent a video of the overview of my vehicle & told my ad rotation. No one came to check on me ever or give me an update. At 2 hours & 15 minutes I was sent a video of the overview of my vehicle & told my advisor would come to discuss with me. At a little over 2.5 hours and seeing my car brought to the waiting area, I went inside to find my advisor. He was surprised & asked me if I wanted to do any of the things in the video. I said I may have if someone would have come to discuss them, but now at almost 3 hours for a simple maintenance - I was out of time. He explained that they were backed up, and I could see that from the waiting area, but the communication was seriously lacking. My charge was almost $130!! When I arrived I explained that I had coupons but had forgotten them - he assured me that he would “take care of me”, but I still overpaid for this simple service. My wheels are also a little out of balance (a bit bumpy on the highway), but I hesitate to bring it in not knowing how long I’ll have to wait! More
