Purchased a vehicle there and it was infested with roaches, to the point where I had to get my entire house fumigated. They advised they changed the oil, cabin filter etc, but the cabin filter was was roaches, to the point where I had to get my entire house fumigated. They advised they changed the oil, cabin filter etc, but the cabin filter was was extremely dirty. After attempting to file a complaint with the dealership's owner, the managers refused to provide his contact number and instead they decided to exchange the vehicle without additional cost. After choosing a a certified preowned Mazda CX5, they wanted me to put additional money down which showed that there was no exchange but an attempt to sell a more expensive car. Once I they knew I was not putting any additional money down, I purchased the vehicle. Within a week the so called certified preowned vehicle had a loud front end noise when turning, stopping and accelerating. Took the vehicle back to Naples Mazda service and discovered it had a front end recall. You would think they would had fix it during their so called certified inspection. Well the noise was not fixed after service and it continued to the point where I had to take it back to Naples Mazda Service once again. This time a factory defect in certain models of the Mazda CX5 which the front end has to be completely dismantled. After waiting an entire day, the vehicle was returned to me. Upon driving home, the same dam problem with the loud noise in the front end. Upon contacting Mazda, they said they would escalate the issue with Mazda to see how they could fix it. Extremely upset and frustrated, I went to another dealership and traded it. The experience at Naples Mazda was extremely upsetting and felt very cheated. I lost money in trading this Mazda CX5, all in which car dealerships could care less about their customers. The service department front desk personnel are courteous and professional, but whoever does the vehicle inspections, preowned certifications are not doing their job. Don't buy a vehicle at this dealership at all cost! More

Decent dealership quick an effective. But there is an issues. On July 26 I had to go to Mazda to go and get my passenger rear tire looked at. I ended up having to get a brand new tire which they worked out a price for me which thankful. But the issue is I’m missing a metal valve air cap cover that was never put back on the passenger rear tire when it was replace. I work M-F in a hospital so makes it very hard to take time off. More
