I just bought a new FX-37 at Bonita Springs (FL) Infiniti and it was a great customer experience. From my sales advisor Omar Taveras to my service advisor Melanie Perry to the Dealer Principal Joe Parisi, I was treated with great respect and appreciation. I had researched mid-size SUVs and had a short list including the FX-37. Upon arrival and a review of the car specs with Omar, I took a test drive and fell in love with the roominess (I am 6’3” tall) of the cabin, but loved the extra strength of the 3.7L engine compared with the mushiness of the competitors in this class. The technology of the FX-37 is past current and the ease of learning and using this great technology is very easy. Finally, the purchase negotiations were easy and not at all painful. We talked about my trade-in (BMW 7-series sedan) and the potential discounts off of the sticker price. Within 30 minutes we had struck a lease deal. A visit for service is always a good experience. Everyone is so friendly, the service my car needs is always explained (patiently) to me. My Infiniti G37 convertable would not start on Saturday afternoon. Called the national roadside service. they arrived within 30minutes.Started car then I drove to the dealership. I had called ahead and the afternoon. Called the national roadside service. they arrived within 30minutes.Started car then I drove to the dealership. I had called ahead and they were waiting for me.Tony had me in a rental and out the door in ten minutes.Called twenty minutes later to say I could pick the car up Sunday morning. My husband and I went to the Germain Infiniti dealership in Bonita Springs on a Saturday afternoon to look at the Infiniti JX. From the research we did we were almost certain we wanted to buy this vehicle b in Bonita Springs on a Saturday afternoon to look at the Infiniti JX. From the research we did we were almost certain we wanted to buy this vehicle but wanted to see the vehicle in person before we made a final decision. We went in and Joe greeted us and was very friendly. He showed us all of the features and benefits and give us all details on the vehicle. Before we could move forward with the purchase I needed to obtain details on my current car loan, so we decided we would reconnect on Monday. I reached out to Joe on Monday letting him now that I had the details on the current loan and that we could move forward with pricing. I asked for specific information on the lease pricing for the JX and he replied he was with a customer and would get back to me shortly. I didn’t receive a response from him until later that night stating he was with a customer and would get me the information the next day. Well in short I waited until Wednesday (2 days) and never received the information from him. I just kept getting messages stating how busy he was with customers. Well wasn’t I customer, apparently not to him. I decided to email his manager Miguel for the information and through a series of many, many emails or miscommunications as Miguel called it, I finally got the information. At this point it was all a too little too late. I emailed Infiniti of Ft Myers that Wednesday as well and they were able to provide me with all of the information, pricing and quotes in the matter of 20 minutes. Now that’s customer service!! In the end I ended up driving a little further and paying a little more because quality customer service was more important to me then convenience. I will NEVER recommend this dealership or any Germain dealership to anyone and actually will warn and advise everyone I know to stay away. But I do HIGHLY recommend Infiniti of Ft Myers. More
