BEST CAR buying experience EVER, thanks to Preston Reeder I drove many new cars, but I loved the Infiniti Q50! The entire experience was amazing; FAST, NO PRESSURE, KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES TEAM, POLITE, GREAT SER I drove many new cars, but I loved the Infiniti Q50! The entire experience was amazing; FAST, NO PRESSURE, KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES TEAM, POLITE, GREAT SERVICE, NO ANNOYING CALLS, EXCELLENT STAFF WITH INTEGRITY!!! They offered me a bottle of water on the spot,, made me feel at home, and not at all like other car dealers. This was THE BEST car purchasing experience I have ever had in my life!! I met with Naheem, and Preston and quickly Naheem had cars and SUVS waiting for me to drive. I feel in love with the Q50 and went back a few days later to drive it again. No pushy sales people, friendly service, met several staff members, they are very friendly and made me feel like royalty! Got great financing on the spot, and the dealership delivered my NEW CAR to my office!! When Naheem delivered my car, he had all the papers for me to sign and went over all the features of my new car. Honestly, I have never had such honest, wonderful service at a car dealership! Preston and Naheem were a text message away, as I run a busy business and don't have time to make calls. Very fast response with answers to all my questions. Preston called me the day after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my decision. I stopped by the dealership tonight to ask a few questions on some of the new technology and they came out and showed me how to use it immediately. I must say, they went way beyond my expectations, and I will stay with this dealership for many years to come. I love driving my new car, and buying a car has never been this hassle free, easy and FUN! Great team effort and they have even offered to come to my residence to help me set up the garage door opening feature. Really....AMAZING! YES, I would recommend Bonita Infinit to anyone who wants to be treated fairly, and actually enjoy buying a car instead of dreading it. Not to mention, ( I better mention this part) I got a great price on my new 2017 Q50~!!! Love driving again! More

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I was just changing my lease over. I was being very particular. Looking for a particular car for a specific price and monthly payments with very parti I was just changing my lease over. I was being very particular. Looking for a particular car for a specific price and monthly payments with very particular packages. I had another dealer call me with what was supposed to be the "best" deal. I first contacted Lux to discuss what I was looking for. He was very understanding, patient and most importantly persistent, but not in an annoying way. He would only contact me when he could make my deal better and there was never any pressure. Even when I though I had a good deal with another dealership, I called Lux. He would always make the deal better. Even if it meant they (the dealership) would take an additional hit (loss) just to satisfy me. At the end of the day Lux and the rest of the Bonita dealership came through in a big way. I got the car I wanted for a price I though I could not get. There was never any annoying sales pitch or being mislead just to "come" in. They respected my time and my choices, and for that I am very grateful. I highly recommend Bonita Infinity and would strongly suggest to give them a call, even when you think you have the best deal. More
NICE PEOPLE.BEAUTIFUL CAR. DISAPPOINTINTING MAJOR FEATURE I searched for a used car with 3 required features, GPS, Rear view Camera, & Sunroof. I had just moved to Florida within the week. Found car with all I searched for a used car with 3 required features, GPS, Rear view Camera, & Sunroof. I had just moved to Florida within the week. Found car with all the features. The MOST necessary functioning feature for me was the GPS, as I had no clue how to get anywhere. The car used a CD to find locations. The first day when trying to enter a destination address, it could not locate the major road of the address in Florida. Several other states were the only offers to select from. I ordered the most recent cd version for $100 and installed it. Next day I had to go to dealer. Their address was unrecognized in the GPS. Most of the time I have to use my cell phone for directions. The problem is that it uses up data storage. So now I will have to pay an additional $60 per month for unlimited data. Very Frustrated customer! The car is beautiful, comfortable and all other features great. The salesperson and all other people at the agency I dealt with were extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful in accomplishing all necessary steps to finish the deal. More

We communicated several times and he assured me I'd be treated well at his dealership. It was more than true, hands down my best car buying experience in over 45 years. Both Scott and John Lawson rolled out the red carpet for my wife and me. They helped me with the complicated systems on my Benz and I got an awesome deal. Terrific people, great dealership. My husband and I went to the dealership the next morning and we were greeted by John Lawshon. At first he told me the car might have been sold but my husband found it on the lot. From there it was a quick test drive and I knew I wanted the car. The price for the car was fair, however, I had 5 months to go on my Infiniti lease. I thought I could have gotten better terms on the early termination of the lease but other than that, everything went well. It took longer for me to work with the finance manager than it did to complete the sale with John. John was pleasant and easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to buy an Infiniti. More

Great people that take the sometime painful, drawn-out process by simplifiying the buying transaction. I was greeted instantly with a smile and a possitive attitude, not by the sales staff initially, but by the General Manager himself, Scott Roland. You could tell right from the start that this would be a pleasant transaction because Scott's attitude and mentality reflected not about one sale, but the long term relationship that he wants to build with new clients in the area. You can tell Scott is dedicated to the growth and vision of the dealership and will continue to be a great asset to the owner's of Bonita Springs Infiniti. Scott then introduced me to my Sales Consultant, John Lawson, who truly cares about finding the right vehicle that best suits your lifestyle and budget, not what best suits him! He takes the time and has excellent patience in listening to what the client wants. He reviews the many options and features each vehicle has so that the buyer can make an informed decision. John doesn't hassle you because he also, wants to build his book by providing outstanding customer service so that when it comes to buying another vehicile down the road, or have personal contacts that are looking for a new car, you think of him first! To be honest, I had planned on visiting several other dealerships because I was undecided on what I wanted, but I knew after dealing with John and Scott that I wanted to do business with them because I liked their professionalism and character. John is a very happy, upbeat employee and I have no doubt that you will enjoy dealing with John when it comes time to purchasing your new vehicle. I challenge anyone that's lookng for a new car to make sure you take the time to make one more stop, or even better, like myself, make it your first stop when beginning the buying process. You won't be dissapointed! As far as price goes and the whole back and forth negotiation that we know happens when buying a new vehicle, FORGET IT! Find the car that you're happy with and tell them what you can afford. This team will work with you to make sure your business stays with them! Finally, when it came time to do the paperwork for the transaction, I dealt with a very friendly and pleasant Finance Manager, Corrin Kamla Kolling. She had all the paperwork ready to go and she respected my time rather than drag out the process by pushing a bunch of extra add-ons. She wouldn't be doing her if she didn't mention the great services they offer, but she knew I was under time constraints and simply told me to come back and see her if I'd like to add certain features to the sale.
