Paul was nice and eager to show us cars. We had to sit on the deal for some time. When we went back he wasn’t there, he mentioned his friend sawyer. We ended up, purchasing the vehicle. When we finished with all the financial stuff, we got the car. The car had two dents on a brand new Grand Cherokee. Sawyer took pictures and said he would make an appointment. We went almost a week with the dents in the car. It got to the point either sawyer or Paul wanted to help me out with scheduling the appointment. I texted Paul about the appointment, and his response was to text the person who sold me the car because he wasn’t in the office. I texted sawyer and I did not get one response. I had to drive over an hour to the dealership and sit there to get help on my brand new car that dents on the door because either did Sawyer or Paul wanted to help. Paul recognized me after I had to drive into the dealership. Lucky I was able to get the dents off the car that same day. But the dents left two big scars on my door. I have no desire to go back or reach out for help. It is clear they only care about the commission. Once you sign the paperwork they just disappear. More
