Answer: "Well, I can't' order the part until Saturday." Question: I understand the ordering and delivery process takes a few days. So once you get the part, how long will the repair take?" Answer: When I order the part on Saturday, I won't get a confirmation of delivery until Monday of when the part will be here." Question: "Okay, you order the part on Saturday, you get the confirmation on Monday. Let's say the confirmation says the part will arrive on Wednesday. How long, once you have the part, will the delivery take?" It was very frustrating for me. I could go on, but I think you understand my experience. More
