When I walked into the dealership they pushed me off to 4 different people between 2 buildings just to make an appointment. It should be simpler than that. $500 to replace a headlight bulb that was supposed to be covered by the warranty. Told me labor, bumper has to come off. xx youtubed it and did it myself took me 20 minutes for both headlights and the airfi covered by the warranty. Overall experience was good. Service was not good, No test drive on the vehicle. This is the second time this has happened. The first time was with a 4 Wheel alignment (bad test equipment problem). This time was the downshift (into first gear) after having transmission fluid changed. On both times our service advisor (Kelli) did an outstanding job of coordinating the repairs. You need more service techs to support the amount of customers you have. More
