Terrible customer service as a brand and dealership. I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from Naples Chrysler Jeep dodge and ram. Currently leasing one that’s had minor issues and when the lease is up i wi I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from Naples Chrysler Jeep dodge and ram. Currently leasing one that’s had minor issues and when the lease is up i will not be purchasing a new vehicle. As for the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee i purchased in 2016 with the 1000,000 power train warranty and 3 year 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty has caused me more then enough headache for a life time. The service department is absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received. Last year i spent 3 days going back and forth for a tire repair which is still leaking to this day. Today i called because my shifter is peeling leather and plastic causing a mess all over my centerconsoul. Mind you this vehicle is technically 2 yrs old because i purchased it “new” even though it was a 2015. Because I’m 1000 miles over (37,178) from the bumper to bumper warranty i can’t get this part replaced. I was informed that Chrysler will absolutely not do anything to fix this cosmetic issue because it’s over the 36,000. Again I’ve spent well over $100,000 at this particular dealer in the last 5 years on 3 different vehicles. I’m in the customer service industry and never would ever treat someone who was a loyal customer this way . I will never buy another product from this or any other Chrysler dealer. It’s completely insane that they wouldn’t even schedule me an appointment or give me a ball park idea of what it would cost to fix. i love my vehicle and I’m completely mind blown that they would do nothing to help in any way shape or form. I will never reffer anyone to this brand or dealer and when i do decide to buy a new vehicle after my lease it will defiantly not be with this company. I’m currently seeking legal action to review the terms of this warranty since again my vehicle was purchased as new in 2016 even though it was a 2015 modle. ( don’t remember he name of person i spoke with but i can’t post this review with out selecting someone. More
Service department is always a challenge Our service representative, Tim, did a great job except not getting my cell phone to find me while I was in the building. Other than that, good. However, if you plan to take your car into this dealership, the service department is being renovated which it desperately needs. It was pouring rain when I dropped my car and there was no awning protection as I got out of the car. I was soaking wet. I was told to "run"! Seriously? I understand that the waiting area is being renovated but the one that is being used right now is substandard. The television was blaring loud and it was warm in there. While the renovations are being done, this area needs to be made more comfortable for the guests who are waiting. I tried to pay for a water bottle and the machine didn't work. I finally walked to the Mazda dealership on site where there are free soft drinks and snacks and a very comfortable environment. I am so hoping that the new service area and waiting area are done beautifully. I love my Jeep Summit but I dread going to the service area. This is a very common opinion in the Naples area. Improving your service will improve your sales. Also, providing a loaner car for those who are leaving their cars for more than two hours would be a real boost for your service department. More

jeep warranty issues I have had my jeep in for service for 3 issues within the last 5 months that were covered by the extended warranty I purchased. The first issue took a I have had my jeep in for service for 3 issues within the last 5 months that were covered by the extended warranty I purchased. The first issue took almost 2 weeks to repair due to lack of parts. Unfortunately I was not offered a loaner until after the dealer had it a full week. I would have had no problem with the service if I was offered a loaner much sooner. Once the part was in, the work was done and I have not had an issue with that problem since. The second problem was my radio stopped working. I have 70,000 miles on the jeep and the radio had been replace once already. They told me the radio was bad and ordered a new one. When the new one came in they put it in my jeep but it did not work either, but they left it in the jeep while they ordered a new radio. Well after 2 days, my jeep would not start. Come to find out, the bad radio they installed was drawing on my battery, so my mechanic (not the dealer) pulled the radio fuse until the new radio arrived. This was very frustrating, but Rudy was kind to me and got me taken care of as soon as the radio came in. I discussed this situation with Rhonda and she was kind enough to give me a break on the $100 extended warranty service charge due to problem with he radio and the number of times I had to come tot the dealer. Now during the time I was having problems with he radio, my check engine light kept going on/then off. My mechanic (not the dealer) and my insurance company who monitors my driving performance, picked up that the error was a PE 028, open thermostat. Both my mechanic and the insurance company said this is a minor issue that should be taken care of when you take the jeep in for service. Every time I took the jeep in for the radio issue, the light was off and they said they could not determine the problem. When the light came on for the third time, I took the jeep to the dealer, Rudy checked it immediately and said they could now fix the problem. Rudy was very kind then and when I brought the jeep back in to have the thermostat replaced. Due to the number of times I had been there trying to address this problem, he waived the service fee. He did this on his own and I think this was a fair move to make things good on the dealer's part. I would like to thank him for doing this. I would also like to thank the shuttle drivers Gary and Edmund. They are very pleasant people. More

No longer suspecious of dealers. A year ago I went to Naples Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and the service was terrible and expensive. I was charged for a rotation of tires and that did not happen since the serial numbers on the tires which I had written down were in the same place after the service. Furthermore, the windshield washer on the passenger side was not working because the rubber connector had split. That repair come under my extended warranty with a $100 deductible. The mechanic simply cut off the part that was spit and pushed the remainder back on. The repair did not hold and I had to repair it myself. I was charged the $100 for that repair! I decided that I would not darken the door of that dealer again. Then I heard that the dealership had bought out. So I decided to try it again but this time I only wanted only an oil change. I made an appointment although I was told that I did not have to. A proposed bill was sent to me via the internet which I thought was reasonable. When I went to the cashier to pay the bill it was $50 higher. I asked Sergio what was the difference. I told him about my last experience. To make a long story short I am now a very happy customer because of Sergio's service and understanding. Now, because of Sergio I will return to this dealership for service. I believe that the change of hands was a good one and that currently the management and ownership is operating with an excellent standard of business ethics which I wish more car dealers would adhere to.
