I was at this dealership for routine service and recall repairs on my Pacifica. Recently I was called (solicited)by Chrysler corporation to schedule service. I thanked them for the reminder and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, they had no appointment scheduled for me. They told me an appointment wasn't necessary for the type of maintenance service I needed. They then told me it would take 4 hours to do the recall repairs and and the multi point service. I said I would wait.There is some construction going on, so I'm hoping it includes a waiting area worthy of the vehicles they sell. The current waiting area is, I think, the childrens' playroom? With outdated furniture and an old small television hanging up in the corner. They did not offer a loaner vehicle or a shuttle to any shopping area..Though shortly thereafter I saw some type of 'courtesy shuttle' pull up. Oh well, I decided to take a walk over to the Lowes nearby. Lucky me....I received a text within an hour and 15 minutes that my car was complete. The friendly customer service man said the 'internet must have been working well that afternoon' for it to be done so quickly. At the cashier's desk ( the women were very nice) I was told one of the parts for the recall wasn't available for the repair and they would call when it came in. Great...I get to return. More

I was out of town and took my Jeep here to get a transmission leak repair. Soon after I was back in my hometown and experienced another leak. I took it to my local dealership and they found that Naples Jeep did not replace a seal as stated on the invoice. My local Jeep called numerous times to the General manager (Chris Rozsas and Rhonda) in Naples to attempt to get a reimbursement for the work they had to perform. Naples Jeep refused to take responsibility and I ended up paying for the repair once again. If you read this, my Tampa Jeep service department called you many times. You are welcomed to call my service adviser Davide Phelps and get this corrected. More

Trying to book a service appointment was a nightmare. I tried to book a service appointment on the website. I had no response and therefore no luck. I called and got someone at corporate to book an appo I tried to book a service appointment on the website. I had no response and therefore no luck. I called and got someone at corporate to book an appointment for me. I received 2 Emails confirming my appointment for Friday morning, 10/05/18 at 7:00 AM. I showed up at 6:45 AM and no one was there yet. When I finally went to check in they did not have me on the list. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I went up to the service desk where 5 to 6 guys were all sitting in a row looking half asleep and didn't really care if I had an appointment or not. Finally Mike Sullivan helped me out and told me that my truck would go in the shop in about 45 minutes. The next thing I knew someone drove my truck out to the back lot and it sat there for at least an hour and a half. Bloody xxxx. At this point I was madder than xxxx but what could I do about it. I hate Galleana but it looks like that may have to be an option for me in the future. I would love to get the chance to manage Naples Dodge as it is a gold mine. I would fire at least half of the people that worked there and teach the other half a little bit about good customer service. The place has really gone down hill since the new owners took over and it seems like most of the people that I ran into just did not like to work there. It has become a very sad state of affairs. How you all will stay in business at this rate and pace will be a miracle. The only shining star that I saw there was Michael Sullivan. More

Service Department cashier was downright rude Never in my life did I ever get treated so badly by a cashier and manager in a service department. They basically stated in no uncertain terms: "you were a customer of the other dealership owner". Things are different and nothing promised or purchased from the old owner is honored. I used to purchase my own oil and still let them charge me for the basic oil change. They were making money off of me and get this: " the new manager says, i know we make a higher profit but we won't do that" The cashier chimes in and says you make sure he knows that all prepaid oil changes and services credits were removed. I'm furious that I prepaid oil changes and that they are now voided out., but I tell them no problem, I will go with the basic oil change with your oil, and the cashier says out loud: What, your too cheap to buy our oil? To which I respond: I had a $200 service credit and two prepaid oil changes that you took away. She said, Yes I did and walked away. The service manager just stood there shrugging his shoulders. The customer waiting next to me says what do you mean our credits are gone. The manager says we bought the dealership but not the obligations. More
