2nd Service within warranty and Wave Program On the administration side not good at all. The day before I received a reminder for the appointment on Apr. 3 for 11:00am. When we were at the dealership there was no appointment and I discovered that had received an email about an hour after the appointment reminder that the appointment had been cancelled. I did not cancel nor was I contacted. I was told there would be a 3 hr waiting time. So we had us shuttled to Waterside Shops. So far so good. After about 4 hrs I tried to call in. I landed always at answering machine or the phone was not picked up. I once got hold of the service adviser, he promised to ring with details of my car but he did not. I then was given the private cell phone number of the driver who had already told us that somebody else would pick us up. We should text him. We did, but he had a doctors appointment. At your dealership almost nobody knew that. We were then given again the privat number of Gary and after further calls we were finally picked up and driven back. If the service was adequately perform I do not know. I also was not given a copy of the service bill as it gets paid by Jeep. We tried this dealership for the first time. They had the chance to win us over and blew it. In direct contact all of the people very very friendly. It‘s their communication among themselves which need to be reviewed and improved. More
Bad the second time For the second time in three months I had my car in for service. The first time was 3 and half weeks. This time 5 days. My contact John is dynamite, Unfortunately the staff is not. Grease all over the inside door as it was two months ago and the work they did left the wipers off. Not a good experience. Was think about trading my car in for an upgrade, but it won't be here. More
Better Off Season I have had my 2014 Town and Country minivan serviced 3 times at this dealership. The first two visits during off-season were completed in a matter of hours. My latest visit was in peak season here in Naples Florida so that likely caused my service to be slower. The service department required 3 days to finish a total of 9 jobs. The receipt that I received for the service was missing page 2 of 4. That was for jobs 5,6 and 7. I also noticed that on my last service, I was given a senior citizen discount, but that I didn't get it this time. Otherwise, the service was good considering how busy the service department was. More

Thanks to an excellent service advisor, James Pratton in his kind manner, made him available by his cell number and arranged for service repair with a convenient loaner car during repair. The mechanics repaired what necessary. The facility is clean,friendly and accessible. I recommend this facility without reservations. More
Service I bought a used Jeep that had recalls. This was the first time I dealt with the Jeep dealership. Took it in very early on Wed. Morning. Rudy said it w I bought a used Jeep that had recalls. This was the first time I dealt with the Jeep dealership. Took it in very early on Wed. Morning. Rudy said it would be done by the end of the day on Wed. I told him I wouldn't be able to pick it up until Thurs. morning. I called 6 times and couldn't find out the status on my Jeep. Finally, the only person I could get through to was someone who schedules appointments. She tried two different numbers with the service department. No one answered. It is now Friday morning and no one can tell me a thing about my Jeep. The appointment lady asked if she could give them a message. I said, "Yes, tell them I will be in in an hour to pick up my Jeep done or not." When I got there I was told they broke the part and would need to keep it until a new part came in. I said, "Absolutely not. I will take it to another dealer." Rudy brought my Jeep to me after quite a wait and said it would take 45 minutes for paper work to be submitted. I told him I wanted to see the service manager. He got the paper work done quickly and I left. As I was leaving I saw a man in the parking lot who was also having his vehicle serviced. He was quite displeased (to put it nicely) with his service as well. I have a second vehicle so it wouldn't have been a big deal to leave it, I couldn't believe they couldn't give me a phone call. Rudy said I didn't have any right being upset with him. I guess my daughter is not getting the new Jeep we promised her! More
James Patton was awesome James figured out my issue within a minute of arrival (sales had given me one fob from a different vehicle) so he personally ran me over to the shoppi James figured out my issue within a minute of arrival (sales had given me one fob from a different vehicle) so he personally ran me over to the shopping center so I could entertain myself while they programmed a new fob to the car, buzzed over and picked me up 45 minutes later and I headed home. Very happy with James and the level of service - HIGHLY recommend you give him a call for any service issues!! More
