Carlos Castillo was a tremendous help in keeping me up to date on the progress of fixing my car. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know he got back to me in a timely manner. 2 visits with about the same nonsense. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Needed fluids filled as that’s what comes with the oil change. Left my jeep there all day. Wiper fluid still empty and coolant low. Didn’t notice till the next day so I had to bring it back just to fill fluids. The service guy did give me my next oil change free. Few months later made an appointment for an oil change. Show up at my time and told it’s a 3-4 hour wait time. Geez, for a scheduled appointment. Waited for the shuttle driver to take me home but he was “stuck in traffic running errands”. I was told just to sit and wait which I did but nobody communicates. After waiting for a while, I asked what was going on. Told to wait again but for how long? I asked to speak to the service manager. The associate went and talked to him and she came back and said the manager is gonna get you a rental car and to go to that office. Ok but can I speak to the manager? Felt dismissed. There were multiple customers I heard complaining of the service or appointment time delays. By the time I was almost set with getting the rental, my jeep was pulled around and oil change was completed. No paperwork. I asked for some sort of documentation that I had an oil change and the associate said I’d have to wait for her to finish up something else and she can close out my ticket. The next day I was getting texts from service with a video of a jeep needing a lot of service but it wasn’t even my vehicle. Customer service is horrible at this location. I will not be back. More
