Won't be back 21 hours ago Brought my RAM in for an oil/fuel filter change. After I paid and got in the truck, I noticed all of my quarters were missing from the 21 hours ago Brought my RAM in for an oil/fuel filter change. After I paid and got in the truck, I noticed all of my quarters were missing from the center console/change dispenser. It was about $2.00 in quarters. I confronted John/Mike about it in the service department and mike offered me $2.00 out of the cash drawer, which I declined (i dont care about 2 bucks, its the principle of the matter). Whether it was the mechanic or a driver, .. It ticked me off that somebody would be so petty steal quarters out of a paying customers car. More

Service department never is seamless Every single time I need to drop my car off for service there is always an issue. It is either they don’t fix the problem, I do not get a call with status updates, or it takes double the time promised. This last time I brought my car, it was to fix an issue that was already supposed to be fixed. When trying to put my car in reverse or drive from Park it does not move. I even took a video to send it in when we’re dropping my car off. My car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks and was not fixed. The representative that was helping me was also incredibly rude. I traded my car in got rid of my Durango and got a new Ford Explorer. My husband also traded in his jeep wrangler for a Toyota. . The service department has tainted my experience of this dealership and unfortunately will never purchase a car here again. Something has got to be fixed in the service department More

Service standard inadequate I have never been overly impressed with the service at this dealership. There is a large turnover in service technicians, which is never a good sign. Communication is poor, and service appointments are overly lengthy at best. I prefer doing major service at the dealership, Bill Marsh, in Traverse City, Michigan. They get me in and out and fix the problerms. More
