I went back to the dealer and they refused to take in my car. I called customer service and they told me to change dealer. When I told them I would give them a bad review they turned sour. II was insulted by Kelly and by the manager Adam Hoot, who told me that he had no patience and that I had to go away. It is clear they are not selling very much because they are very bitter and only care about reviews...The same employee Kelli this morning privided me nstruction (see attached) on how she expected me to review her. Since I refused thry became aggressive and insulted me. ... ...they didn't notice I was recording them on video and will provide this to company hoping they will pay for their behavior. Reviews should not be imposed and I should not be told what they need me to write. More importantly no client should ever be treated this way. What unprofessional people and place. Chrysler should vet people that work for it. More
