I was very indecisive about getting a new car because I wanted it to be the perfect one for me. I just recently graduated and I wanted to invest in something I was going to love in the long run. I walked off of the lot with a used but like brand new car and received superb customer service. They truly cared about where my money was going and for that I am thankful. Next time you’re at Naples Acura, look for Omar or Marvin! Marianne from the finance department was also just as wonderful! Issue resolved! I had an issue, after the fact, with the price I was charged for a starter replacement. I normally do my due diligence in getting quotes from at least I had an issue, after the fact, with the price I was charged for a starter replacement. I normally do my due diligence in getting quotes from at least two service departments prior to scheduling an appointment for other than routine maintenance. This time I was in a time crunch and went with my local service department for the repair. It was after I had picked up the car I discovered quite a disparity in the price between the service department I had taken the car to and another one in the area. I addressed my concerns with Shane Duhaime, the service department manager, and to my surprise, he was quite understanding of the issue. Shane commented that it would be silly to lose a long time customer over the price differential and building relationships with customers was very important to everyone at the dealership. Given that response, I will definitely be back! More
