After reviewing the situation, it’s clear that a mistake was made regarding your vehicle’s mileage, which led to inappropriate service recommendations. This was an honest error on our technician’s part, but we completely understand how this affected your trust and perception of our dealership. The photo of the cabin filter you received was in fact from your vehicle, and I was able to pull up the video footage from our shop which confirms this. I can understand under the circumstances why you would question the information we originally sent. We never intend to upsell unnecessary services, and we are sorry that our recommendations came across that way. Your vehicle’s actual condition and maintenance schedule should always guide our advice, and in this case, we missed the mark. Certainly, our intention is not selling vehicles with known issues, and based on our previous history that is not a practice we partake in. Based on your account there are certainly areas we may have been able to do better and will use your feedback to improve some processes. We did go ahead and replace the two tires in question as well as pay for the rim repair several months after you took delivery. Our goal is to stand by the vehicles we sell and that was our intention by taking care of those items.
