I purchased a used vehicle from Nick. Nothing, but misinformation and total lack of integrity. I have had to put almost $20,000 into the Maserati Quattroporte s. They sent me $1,000 to try and satisfy misinformation and total lack of integrity. I have had to put almost $20,000 into the Maserati Quattroporte s. They sent me $1,000 to try and satisfy my complaints which is a total joke. They have zero integrity and customer focus. They promised me a vehicle that had been through a total inspection. I would never ever buy a car from them and starting legal action and contacting the BBB. They have an awful reputation and total lack of integrity. More
AVOID! We purchased a used 2005 vehicle from them. Our first issues began on the drive home, cruise control went in and out, auto lights quit working, radio works then doesnt work, steering wheel controls first issues began on the drive home, cruise control went in and out, auto lights quit working, radio works then doesnt work, steering wheel controls work then dont work, heater quit working and the sunroofs didnt work. With the exception of the sunroof we tried all these features before buying. The next morning the water pump went out. We called Naperville Auto Haus and they did agree to fix water pump but only because they were legally obligated to. I called to see if they would make some of the other issues right, specifically the heater/defroster. I live in illinois and I feel this is part of the functionality of the vehicle. With no heat or defrost it isnt fit for the purpose for which it was intended. We spoke with Kelly, after leaving several unanswered messages, and while she was initially polite she quickly developed an attitude. She did promise to speak with the owner. We have yet to hear. We took the car on its first trip and as we were driving down the high way pieces of the car body fell off on the highway. We have had the car exactly 5 days. Avoid Naperville Auto Haus More

Excellent Service I bought a car from this dealership about a month ago. My old car had died and I was in need of a new car desperately. I spoke to the manager and the I bought a car from this dealership about a month ago. My old car had died and I was in need of a new car desperately. I spoke to the manager and the salesman on the phone before going into the dealership to see what they had available. They were both very helpful and polite- recommending cars and answering all my questions. I went in the next day to look at a few of the cars and ended up with a 2012 Honda Accord. The whole process was quick and painless. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used car. Thank you! More
Deceptive sales tactics I did extensive research in buying a I did extensive research in buying a Nissan GT-R and talked with several dealerships. Once I narrowed it down to Naperville Autohaus I asked the sale I did extensive research in buying a Nissan GT-R and talked with several dealerships. Once I narrowed it down to Naperville Autohaus I asked the salemen details questions about the car outside of what was listed in the public Autotrader ad. I specifically asked him if there were any aftermarket parts on the vehicle and how long they have had it ect. The salesmen said no the only aftermarket part was an exhaust. The morning after I purchased the vehicle multiple engine lights started to pop on such as engine system malfunction visit dealer and t/m system visit dealer. When I reached out to the delearship they assured me I should run a few tanks of gas through it since it had been sitting for 5 months and that it should fix the issue. After taking it to the Nissan delearship they assured me the car was indeed not stock at all but heavily modified with aftermarket parts such as an entire rigged fueling system ect. They suggested I take it to a shop who's computer could read past the tunes that were done to the car all which mind you I was assured the car was stock when I bought it. Within 14 days of purchase the car was towed to a shop as the transmission quit shifting. I am now looking at a 7k repair bill to make this car I just purchased operable again. I reached out to the dealership multiple times for them to tell me I am outside of my 500 mile or 15 day warranty which mind you the problems arose within 1 day of purchase and within 500 miles. The salesmen kept telling me to run gas through the car to fix the issue which now I am to assume they purposefully gave me this advise that I have saved in text. I believe this dealer concealed parts that were on the vehicle to make a sale. I believe they had a deceptive ad as the car was not accurately described whatsoever. I also believe they have fraudulent methods when it comes to repairs to be done within the 500 mile warranty by telling consumers to run a few tanks of gas through them. More
Dishonest Dealer Buyer beware. I called ahead and made appt to look at a specific car with Ken. He brought the car out and I asked how long they had the car in their Buyer beware. I called ahead and made appt to look at a specific car with Ken. He brought the car out and I asked how long they had the car in their inventory and he quickly replied "2 months". I asked for Carfax and noticed on the screen of the computer that they have had the car since last April - almost 12 months, not 2. I ask Ken again and he stammers and says he'd have to check. I wait and wait (for like 10 mins) and comes back to the desk where I'm sitting and tells me that the person who would have that information isn't in. If they'll lie about this who knows what else they'll lie about. xxxxxxxx. WORST OF ALL READ THE RESPONSE THEY LEFT PUBLICLY TO ME:( Clearly indicating Classless Dishonest Dealer to stay away from) Comment from Kelly H. of Naperville Auto Haus 3/22/2017 Dear xxxxxxx Family, Please do not use time as evidence of your suspicions as you were two hours late for your appointment. The salesman you are insulting works very hard to earn a living and we stand behind him. We have 150 cars in inventory, and when he said MAYBE 2 months he was thinking of a similar vehicle. If he was not able to answer your question, he is instructed to find someone else who can. That being said, the proper protocol is to ask for a manager when something is bothering you. I would gladly have settled your concerns in person. More
