Napa Nissan is a great place to buy a vehicle, they honored a misprint on the price for us and they really do keep their used automobiles on the lot in pristine shape. We purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento LX and we couldn't be happier. Napa Nissan took care of cleaning the car very well both inside and out. The friendly greeting by Keith at the door and Robin even came out of the office to say hi to us before we took the vehicle for a test spin. The vehicle ran like a champ and we were even presented with information on the last several services of the vehicle before purchasing it so we could see how well maintained it was. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and have never had a more pleasant experience than I did with Napa Nissan. In the future I would much rather go to Napa Nissan where although it is a smaller dealership, it is a much more enjoyable experience than any of the huge lot dealerships I have been to in the past that really didn't care about the customers. The last of the family owned Nissan Dealerships in the Bay I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Napa Nissan for it's first service. Ruben greeting me with a friendly smile and a "Welcome to Napa Nissan !" I felt I brought my 2015 Nissan Rogue to Napa Nissan for it's first service. Ruben greeting me with a friendly smile and a "Welcome to Napa Nissan !" I felt I was at the right dealership from that moment forward. My Rogue was serviced in a very timely manner and to my surprise they washed and vacuumed the entire car! I met Scott and was happy to see that he is the new addition to Napa Nissan and has 24 years of experience from another very local Nissan dealership. I was also happy to see that Napa Nissan now has 3 Master Technicians that have years of experience. As I was ready to leave, Steve, the Service Manager came over and thanked my for coming to Napa Nissan. He also told me that Napa Nissan is celebrating their 50 year Anniversary with Nissan and is the oldest Nissan Dealership in Northern California. I truly felt at home. More
