I originally found this deal online and I thought, "this is definitely too good to be true", but I called anyway. I first spoke with Troy and then to James. Both were very VERY professional. Reluctantly, I made the 2 hour trip there with my family. When I saw the numbers paper, the deal was indeed true. I couldn't believe it. We got a brand new 2013 Jetta TDI with 300 miles on it for less that Carmax's used one with 7K miles on it. The total time to complete everything was 3 hours. Most of that time was waiting for our turn in the finance department. Seems Nalley has some deals, because even at 9pm at night, there were customers everywhere. Once we got into Finance, we met Lewis. He was very nice. He was patient with me as I check and re-checked every paper and every figure on each page. I was still very skeptical. I was thinking something is being hidden. There was nothing. This dealership is honest. They do what they say. Everything was great until we started to negotiate the price. It was not compatible to the other dealerships, which is your competition.
