Una experiencia de primera categoria. Hasta el momento he adquirido 4 automoviles en Nalley Volkswagen, mi ultima compra la hice el 24 de Julio, nuevamente con Silvia Egan. Tenia decido de Hasta el momento he adquirido 4 automoviles en Nalley Volkswagen, mi ultima compra la hice el 24 de Julio, nuevamente con Silvia Egan. Tenia decido desde Enero comprar un auto japones de la marca Honda, pero Silvia y su extraordinario servicio al cliente me convencieron de pasar por Nalley y mirar el Golf y el encanto de toda su ingenieria alemana. Silvia me ofrecio realizar una prueba de manejo del Golf y luego de solo dos minutos de manejo quede sorprendido con la suavidad, maniobrabilidad y potencia en la conduccion del compacto, lo que me llevo a comprar mi cuarto Volkswagen. Buyer beware of Nalley sales tactics I contacted the dealer through True Car on a Tuesday night and exchanged several emails with them on Wednesday. The salesman suggested I take the car I contacted the dealer through True Car on a Tuesday night and exchanged several emails with them on Wednesday. The salesman suggested I take the car as a loaner overnight. I responded and said that was a great idea. I told him I would stop by (Wednesday night) after work about 4:30-5:00. He emailed me a little later and said he did not realize another salesman, (I'll call him salesman 2) was also exchanging emails with a potential customer and asked if I could get there by 4pm, before the other buyer arrived. My 4pm meeting was cancelled so I was able to arrive at the dealership about 4. We met the salesman and took the car for a test drive. After a short discussion with my wife we decided to purchase the car. We walked in to find the salesman, he met us and said the car was sold. I said how can that be we just drove the car? While we were driving the car, salesman 2 called his potential buyer and got a deposit from them without even seeing the car. Our salesman spoke with the manager but, apparently these underhanded tactics were okay with the manager. Our salesman seemed to think it was okay and congratulated salesman 2 for outsmarting him. We were very disappointed, we took the time and effort to research, go see and drive the car and it was sold out from underneath us. I told the salesman to pass onto his sales manager we would not be buying a car from any Nalley dealership because we do not agree with the unethical way they conduct business. Apparently Nalley promotes a culture of competition with their salesman where it is okay to put their own personal interest above those of the customer. Don't go to Nalley for a car. More
Worst management and sales staff I went to the dealership over the weekend like last point for a specific certified buggie for my daughter. The management and sales staff were just smoking outside that is the reason why they lose my business and I will not refer or consider doing business with a Nalley store in the future. I did buy else where but I recommend getting your management and sales staff under control. More

They deny what they promised I recommend everyone who wants to buy a car to stay away from this dealer. Leased my current Tiguan 2015 on Aug 1, 2015. Sales name is Jerry McCoy. Ha I recommend everyone who wants to buy a car to stay away from this dealer. Leased my current Tiguan 2015 on Aug 1, 2015. Sales name is Jerry McCoy. Had an agreement that the first 3 years/times maintenance are free offered. On Nov 2016, came here asking for the 2nd maintenance, told by their service team only my first maintenance is free. Guess what? they secretly took that away and asked you to sign the contract. Talked to the finance Manager Rich Mahoney, he is trying to sell me the maintenance for $30+ a month, this was what you promised when I was making the decision to buy the car! I drove from midtown ATL to Alpharetta 3 times just for this issue. They always say they are busy and ask you to wait. Then disappear for 20-30 mins. Throughout the process, he was super impatient. Please go buy a car there if you want a post-sell service like that. More
